Steroids. Other then that, you'll have to have amazing genetics to pull that off.

just don't see how people can lose weight just because they do cardio. your not lifting right if your doing that.
Also you need more muscle and size.
Google vince gironda if you want to know how to gain muscle and lose fat, but its hard and extreme and no i don't follow it.
You pretty much need high fat, moderate protein and low carb. Every 4 days eat a high carb meal

diet(keeping protein levels high) is the main ingredient... along with your weight training and cardio... its possible, though very difficult for some, to actually build mass and lose body fat at the same time...Hiit(high intensity interval training) is so much better than just running or biking for losing weight and burns so many more calories... you can google search it, but its basically 3 minutes of hardcore exercise with 30sec-1min rest intervals...protein shakes are your friends. Insanity Cardio videos are a prime example of how this is accomplished

1. Wake up take a stimulus(coffee, green tea extract .etc) and do some stepmill or walking uphill on a treadmill for 30 min and eat a good breakfast after or 2. Do some weight training then do your stepmill for 30min. And do this 3-4 times a week... And make sure u eat every 2-3 hours(complex carbs, protein)

Mostly diet. Sit ups with a partner tossing a medicine ball to you and so on. Skating does a lot, don't listen to that nit wit. He has no clue how much cardio a game of hockey is with 30lbs on your back.

running is so much harder on your body, especially if you are really heavy and unless you are switching gears, you arent burning near the calories you think you are... stairmaster is so much better for you...deuce you dunce, nobody but ferries and failed wannabe hockey players ice skate... regardless, any exercise is great but if you arent on a calorie deficit diet, you are really just spinning your wheels

Everyone in here pretty much has it right. HIIT is great for burning fat. Hitting your macros for your diet are the most crucial though. Focus on diet and you will be fine.
Biggest thing to know is- it is essentially impossible to spot reduce fat. Doing 200 crunches a night WILL NOT get you a noticeable 6 pack.
As expected, King Mayan nailed it on the head. Although I do disagree with him about the eating every 2-3 hours. If you are getting your exercise in, that won't matter at all. The effect on your metabolism will be negligible, so eat when you are hungry, as long as you don't go over your macros.
Good luck

First make sure you aren't eating too many carbs and secondly that you don't eat late at night.
Playing hockey regularly should take care of the rest, I don't see why you would need extra exercises.

Lol. He's basically saying that its ok to have carbs and eat at night, which is contrary to "common knowledge". It doesn't matter when you eat, as long as your calories/macronutrients are in check. I'm PMing you some links to check out, might help a bit.
It's not good bro.. I was just pointing out what John8 said.. If you want to keep the muscles you must stay anabolic and that means food every 3 hours no matter what!!Chicken breasts, 99% fat free turkey , eggs, carbs like brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes..and your last 2 meal should be greens with fish or turkey..

Don't do cardio. Work-out harder, eat better. What kind of core exercises do you do?

if you are going to work out first thing in the morning, eating a small portion of carbs is a good idea...we are talking a breakfast bars worth(20-30) as you will need it for energy during your workout...
rod, do yourself a favor and just get some good tasting protein powder and ditch the chips/sandwiches/fried foods for a while... special k has a good protein cereal, thats about the only cereal thats really acceptable on a cut diet... but seriously, looking at the picture of you, you need to gain right now..you are kinda scrawny dude...nothing wrong with that, but i would push the issue with the weight training, protein loading and eat clean foods...put on 10-15 more lbs and then start the cut diet...just my advice from the picture of you in the mirror

hmmm good info raydog . Pic in the mirror made me look alot smaller . posted another pic . anyways im At 178 lbs right now and i wanna get up to 190 and lise that belly fat
Lots of great info in their forums as well. Caloric intake is the key factor for seeing abs, again assuming you exercise a good amount (which I'm fairly certain you do)

Sprinting. Running will burn muscle and fat. Look at all those long distance runners from Kenya who win every marathon, they're skin and bones but sprinters are jacked. The proof is in the pudding my friend
