Why does BetJamaica live-chat suck so bad?

Just spent the last 10 minutes sitting there trying to get a question answered. Waited about 3 for somebody to respond, then had a Rose come in and just say "Hello". I asked my question, then never got a response. Finally just gave up.

i agree their live chat has been downhill last 6 months.. BetPhoenix and other books answer 24/7 very quickly.. wish betjm would keep up their appearance.. not land an A+ then coast :P

I called to deposit on the phone because it said they couldn't do cards online but could on the phone...rang like 10 times finally someone who sounded like they'd just woken up said Hello and I said "um yes I'm calling to make a deposit with a credit card" and he's like "We don't take credit cards" and hung up. Needless to say I didn't deposit anything there.
