Here is what Rotoworld's injury report had to say:

"LeBron James (ankle) will likely try to play against the Bulls on Saturday, according to the Associated Press. James' sprain is not serious. He has a history of missing just one or two games after ankle sprains and we'd expect this time to be no different. In his career, James has played in 588 of a possible 615 regular season games."

James is listed as probable on vegasinsider as well. Nothing is going to be 100% until game time, but I would guess he is like 90 to 95% chance of playing in tonight's game in Chicago.
