Don't consider myself a specialist but you'll need to know which goalies are starting particularly on 'back to back' games. For this info, I usually visit http://www.leftwinglock.com/
Good luck in your wagers.

Here's another one along the same lines as above. Reports after morning skates about goalies..
What is the advantage of knowing which goalies are starting?

It's a HUGE advantage. If you're going to bet the OVER in a Bruins game...wouldn't you want to know if the Vezina trophy winning Tim Thomas is in net (who's giving up less than 2 goals per game) or his backup that hasn't played all that great, is pretty disappointed he's the backup after last seasons success and is rusty?
No different than if you were going to bet the Patriots this weekend and you didn't know Brady was out.
Or, when you bet baseball...doesn't it make a different if Cliff Lee is pitching or some spot start minor-leaguer?

The difference between starting goalies/backup goalies in the NHL for the most part is quite large. That being said, depending on who's starting it may change your opinion on who will win a game and it also can play a critical role in the over/under for that game.
