ark guys blew it by not picking up the blocked punt for an easy score. 2 of them were there with no osu near it or beyond it. Even if they flub it by trying to scoop and run, it's still their ball even if osu recovers.

I think it was the right call. Momentum was all for Arkansas. Think Tressel knew giving Mallet the ball with lots of time left was going to be disaster for his depleted defense. Plus his offense didn't look like it was going to have the resiliency to make a comeback if needed. Call worked, but Arkansas made the play for the fumble.
