I would be curious the amounts that Mofo and MadCapper get. I doubt it's too much, but it might surprise me. They certainly earn something in that the time ** devotes to his standings would be difficult, and Mofo can stretch his brain in order to start filler threads in ways that I never could.

Read my post Hedge. I said there was one, and that one person also helps on projects. There are none others and you can bank that. This is a business, I have nothing against the practice if it worked but it doesn't. IMO and certainly in Bill's opinion it is not the long term investments into content that SBR prefers to make.

Heck I do not see any checks in my Sponsors mailbox upstairs with SBR on it, only check I get is from County from a lawsuite 7 years ago.

I am a paid poster. Sorry guys I just can't hide it anymore. I know you hate me now for making money for my posts but you just have to live with it. It is an additional income that I use for my child's college fund.

hh, thank you. i don't get anything to post though and i could stop posting if i wanted to. posting is just what i enjoy. i consider a lot of the guys here friends. we're in the office 9 hours a day and its not to 'post'. there is a lot of work on existing parts of sbr as well as things to come. i just post a lot because its what i enjoy and what ive loved to do in my free time for years. i wish i had known about this board before, but i didn't. im lucky to get to interact with the guys here, but i don't have to post squat if i don't want to. this place is entertaining and there is a lot to gain from these guys. as ive said many times, you're one of the more talented minds here. its not often that i miss a HH post.

Our chatroom is available for anyone who wants to use it. There are different rooms, although we mainly hang out in the Lobby. Sometime, we'll have to pick a specific game and we can "watch" it together and chat about it. Angel and I have done a NASCAR race like that before.

Isn't that what JJ's threats to go to Costa Rica and have it out with SBR was all about,and his one month "notice" not long ago.

I'm pretty sure that rx pays, or was paying a few years back, the "ex-bookie" ace-ace to post his plays.

Standard practice, as crazyl says. Surprised that sbr denies it.

The only check I've gotten from this place was for winning $50 in the Super Bowl Squares game. It was bitter sweet...but that's a different story.

Trust me, if SBR wanted to pay me, I'd be stirring up a lot more action here. Also, it's silly to think that a sports handicapping forum would pay a girl that has never once bet on a game. I'm here because it's fun. Period. However, if SBR wants a lady capper on the payroll, I will do my homework and start making videos with my bathmat on my head.

I agree 100%. MO and ** certainly have some worthwhile threads. **'s daily plays and Mo's write-ups and game insight are something I look forward to daily. If I'm wrong in my assumption that their paid, then they certainly should be. They put a lot of effort into this Forum. Perhaps this thread would be better titled: Which Posters Deserve to be Paid.

Personally, could care less if they do or don't ... Jealousy is what I smell when ppl start talking about who does get paid ... Most of us are here due to the simple fact that we all work in front of a PC ALL DAY (8+ hrs) and look for a way to steam off the stress (some unfortunately increase it) ... but at least for me .. Im here to learn and see how the real pros think .. SO THANK YOU SBR !!
