Guy won me my Fantasy league. Machine. Glad I picked him up. Played him at WR.

Amazing what a week of practice will do for a guy. Does this guy have any sort of chance of getting serious playing time next year though?

yep, Favre definitely wont be back and Tarvaris' contract up after this season and I see no reason to keep him around. I have no idea if they want Webb to be their next QB but it's definitely possible.

For his first start, that was impressive.

I had him in my fantasy championship, but all my other players didn't show up to play so it didn't matter. 8 total points combined from michael turner, cedric benson, marques colston, marcedes lewis , rashad jennings, and san diego defense.... lol

He looked like the real deal last night. He might keep Favre on the bench next week based on this performance alone.

No chance. They will have all off-season, training camp, preseason to evaluate Webb if they're flirting with the idea of him being a possibility next year. They will let Favre sign off from the NFL the way he wants to, if he's ready to go.

There is no way that they will disrespect Favre like this. It will be the final game of his career and the vikings have nothing to play for anyway. 100% Favre starts.

Yeah, much better than last week. But having AP running the ball made a big difference, and the Philly defense helped too.

The kid had great composure. He was the type of quarterback a team with good defense wants. Minimal mistakes, and conservative passes.

You can't tell much from just a couple games but the kid showed promise. If nothing else he proved worthy to stay on an NFL roster next year as a back up at least. It all depends on what QBs will be available as to if he has a shot to start for the Vikings next year...you know that McNabb is out there and might be a decent fit in Minny.

Certainly showed a lot of "poise" in the pocket and came up big. The ball he was throwing had a lot on it and dead on target in many cases....

On any given Sunday, or should I say Tuesday? I was embarrassed to be an Eagle fan last night. They looked horrible.

That one move on which he took it to the house and got passed two defenders was impressive.

Exactly, and with all that speed in the backfield I think he would make the Vikings much more competitive and a lot of fun to watch. They should still draft a QB if the opportunity is there, but give him a shot early next season.

McNabb would just set the organization back a couple years like Favre has... forget about McNabb.
