Why does Vick always struggle against great defenses?

Vick hasn't done anything against any decent defenses this year

He struggles vs good defenses
He struggles in cold weather
He struggles when his team is losing ( he quits)

He relies on the run and short pass too much. The Giants exposed he can't run right a few weeks back, and they are exposing him this week.

That's right. Any team that is able to penetrate the Eagles backfield accomplish getting Vick out of his comfort zone. He appears to have some kind of possible leg injury and that has limited his scrambling today.

Yeah but this issue isn't just today. Vick has never been able to carve up a good defense. His rushing yards come against the slow aging Redskins and the Lions of the world.

This. Vick is not a natural drop back passer. Once he feels pressure, he tucks and scrambles. A good defense understands how important it is to stay disciplined and stay in the running lanes. Keeping good spacing on the line of scrimmage and keeping Vick in the pocket where he's the least comfortable. That's how you beat Vick, easier said than done, but the Giants are doing exactly that.
