Otter box has saved my ass several times. Left it on the side of my truck and if fell off going about 40mph. Not a scratch on it! I am rough on phones though. I would be on Iphone #3 this year if not for otter box.

for my iphone 4 i just use the cheap bumper, i think they give them for free now. i never had the antenna problem even before i got the bumper.

i use pandora all the time, almost everyday.

stick golf is a pretty cool time waster game. free.

I use the Otter Box commuter case. It's real thin and stylish, but very durable. I believe I paid just under $40 for it.

My favorite app is Pocket Tunes. Cost $6.99 but you get every radio/online station in the country. you can also tap into XM/Sirius if you have an account through them.

The Otter box is by far the best case.

If you HONESTLY think that you won't drop it, the VAPOR case is the best looking in my opinion.

As far as Apps, that really depends on if it is jailbroken or not.

Yes Jailbreak it freeVick....big difference on the 4g jailbreak. 5 buttons on "taskbar" When phone is locked you can get lock screen notifications.....missed calls, emails, texts, calendar...custom themes.....oh yea and installeous- its app store, but everything is free

The free case program, im in australia and even though they said it was expired i downloaded the app and still got the case, i got the clear one and it works great.

Ya i love pocket tunes. I got it a while ago and paid $3 i think. Sirius has an app to listen to their radio, but you cant listen to howard so kinda defeats the purpose for me cause thats all i listen to.

Also not all of the apps are free for a jailbroken phone, a lot of them you actaully have to pay for but there are some cool apps you could get. One thing i wish the iphone would do that the droids do is make a hotspot. I know there is an app if you jailbreak it but its like $10

If there is a way to do it (which I assume there isn't) I don't know of it.

I'll try to find the guide I used in the next day or so and let you know. Try finding a good iPhone jailbreak forum and you should find the answer rather easily.

Yes, jailbreak the phone, then there is a MyWi app. There is a patch to make MyWi think you are in constant trial mode- ie- never pay....good luck.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet, but if you are using IOS 4.0.1 or higher you can not jailbreak your phone from jailbreakme.com
