Today:

Breffas was 8 egg omelete with sausgae n peppers, cooked in butter, three slices rye toast, 2 cups OJ, one cup grape juice, big mug whole milk, vitamins.

Lunch was meatloaf, potato salad, beef/veggie soup, wine.

Dinner will proly be some fucken Chinese food.

Couple protein shakes here n there.

Thanks buztah. Can't knock the play but I'll pass. By the time I get online to bet it, the line would most likely have moved and I haven't been following hoops like I used to. Been to busy building my roll with football. Keep 'em coming, when football's over, I'll be more confident in your plays as I will have brushed up on hoops. Just curious, how does weight room footage help you pick the over in the game? If a guy benches 300lbs it means he'll shoot 75%
