Looks like they are starting to figure things out...They seem to have a more balanced line up w/a legit NBA center now starting.

It's not so much about the heat being overrated or underrated and more about the leagues interests. If the heat won every game relatively easy and all the games the heat lead the whole game from start to finish who would actually as a sports fan show up to the game and pay money to watch? It's good for the league revenue wise for the heat to keep games interesting and at times lose. If the heat were 82-0 would it be good for the league? Yes and no.
But overall the heat players are not dumb and they realize without the fans their paychecks would not keep flowing in. The heat could beat any team in the league relatively easy but choose to make things interesting based on the leagues preferences.
Sports have become the wwe and not real competition because nowadays with the economy not being as good as the past and with the salaries of players at an all time high this is what must be done in order to keep the money flowing in.
In the end it's all about the fuking dollar and anyone who buys a ticket to a sporting event is a sucker.

i think its going to be funny as hell .when they make it to the playoffs an go crashing down.thats good basketball.they are like the yankees.they try to buy championships instead of earning them,no matter how manychampionship they might win.they will never get the respect the other teams got who earned theirs

Oiler your logic makes pretty much no sense. Every team in the nba bought their players whether it be from other teams or from the draft. Every championship is earned and bought at the same time. Their is no consolation prize for someone who doesn't make good transactions because they are afraid of being flamed by people like you.

well like they say opinions are like assholes .we all have one.you didnt see jordan go and get kobe.stockton.or any other stars so they can make it easy on them, and im sure your a heat fan so i guess u think its the best thing for basketball.and im going to laugh my ass off when the injuries come[cause they will]and the heat cry and blame the coach again, and they get knocked out in the playoffs, then that is good basketball

JJ Gold I have sat here and read your flip-flopping opinion on the Miami Heat through the 1st 24 games. I believe this is the 4th time you have changed your opinion on them. Lets review shall we ? Opening night they get blowed out by Boston and you form a knee jerking opinion that the Heat are overrated. Followed by a 4 game win streak which they blow out 4 bottom feeding teams and you proceed to say they are for real. Then they hit a 500. wall for about 16 games going 8-8 and you tell us their overrated again and they won't win shit. So yeah now finally they have gone on a 7 game win streak another mindless opinion is formed by you on this team that they might not be that overrated.
Please just the f u c k up about the Miami Heat !!!

miami is the best team in basketball
they will win the championship and players should be taking advantage of the 3-1 futures odds

Well we will have to see when they play the magic, celtics, spurs, lakers ect.
well like they say opinions are like assholes .we all have one.you didnt see jordan go and get kobe.stockton.or any other stars so they can make it easy on them, and im sure your a heat fan so i guess u think its the best thing for basketball.and im going to laugh my ass off when the injuries come[cause they will]and the heat cry and blame the coach again, and they get knocked out in the playoffs, then that is good basketball
No again you fail to amaze with your reasoning for my opinion.
Number 1. I am not a miami heat fan nor a basketball fan entirely.
Number 2. Basketball is a team game. Put kobe on the floor by himself 1v5 and lets see if he can win a championship.
Number 3. There are no home grown players. Unless phil jackson has a farm of black people fuking in a barn breeding super warriors of the sport of basketball and than sticking them on the court, than it's not a home grown team without buying players. Everybody is bought.

The Heat are playing very, very well now. However we know that the team needs all big 3 players to be healthy if they have a chance to get to the playoffs.
The beat the Jazz, who has really been playing well, pretty good the last match. They still have to prove themselves against teams like the Mavericks and the Spurs who have been just destroying opponents. If Stephen Curry was playing for Golden State last night, the Heat could have lost.
I will be betting a lot of their plays.

This has to be one of the DUMBEST things ever posted on SBR...You're actually retarded if you think the heat can pick and choose when they lose games. If they was the case, why did they get fuked up by the Celtics BOTH times? Wouldn't "the league" want them to be beating those good teams at least once, so it would create more parity...Your logic is so messed up and if you honestly believe that you are a total idiot.

They will continue to blow out teams all year, but I think they will lose a lot of close games. Kind of seems like bad teams will have no chance, but great teams can out work them

no way in hell miami beats boston
it's common knowledge to build nba dynasty you first establish a talented black core then pepper in a few finesse eurowhites....
just ask the lakers & spurs....
fortunately for boston, danny ainge understands this concept.....unfortunately for Miami, Riley still thinks you need black goons to win
Riley's an effin throwback....the game's passed him by and other GMs know it
