Ive downloaded the latest software. It has done this to me before holding over 200 points and did not return them.

did you to cashier-transfer, then enter the amount of points you want to move? if so how long ago did you do this?

I never entered the poker room, i just opened the client. In my point history it shows -20 points twice and i have not gotten that back.
