Profit it is only on sbrodds, no clue why it just started, another poster posted about this and I said I got them the other day but it stopped now, guess I was wrong

yes because it is only on sbrodds, no other sites
plus my computer is protected, also it is not only me

I never get any kind of pop up's either..check your machine, 20 sounds like it might be spyware/virus

20 is a result of it being open all day, but again only sbrodds

I got 7 tabs on 3 different browsers (Chrome, IE & Safari) right now and I'm getting no pop ups, but you will have to consider my geographical location which differs to yours.

weird, 20+ pop-ups from one site sounds like another problem on your comp.

i've never experienced one pop-up from sbrlines for over 2 years.

Im' the one who complained about this earlier. I don't think it's just his problem, this just started for me as well and only happens when i type in sbrlines.com.

i get no pop-ups and it seems fine when I go to odds.sbrforum.com directly, even though sbrlines brings you to that page anyway. strange...

Guys, I have no viruses or adware/spyware
have an active security program, also ran a fresh scan
I wish i didnt accidentally close the tab so I could see what the popups were
gonna keep it open for a bit see if any pop up and get blocked

to the people who say they have none, how long has your sbrodds been open

The other guy said it was a Bodog.ca popup so maybe it is only affecting the Canucks.

I tried on 3 different browsers and get no popups.

I have it open now in a firefox tab, I will let it sit there for awhile and see if anything pops up. Never has in the past, but I don't use it very often anymore.

It's malware and no virus protection can guard you against it. Same thing happened to me a way back and I just saved my data and did a clean install.

I am from toronto too JOHON8 , the reason I think it is geographical is because of the link that it is blocking contains "zoneid=111"

I think you are right.....mine were all sportsbook ads and I got it from one of the streaming sites. It was a unique type of trojan but if someone else from toronto is reporting similar problems I would hold off.

I was thinking it might be a coding issue instead of trying to display the odd at the top of the odds page it is creating a pop-up

I don't think it's a malware issue as this has begun happening to both me and the OP just recently. I bet Bodog hacked into SBRlines, they need to be demoted...
