I have no prediction but it seems to me one could justify an 'over' by looking at the teams defenses vis a vis points allowed, match ups, and possibly more arcane things.

In 'Eurohockey' when making an over/under assessment I often closely look at such things even if they involve poor offensive teams.

Merely fodder for thought. . .
