Anyone saying Garcia isn't mobile either hasn't watched a single USC game or needs to have their eyes checked. Garcia will pick up some tough first downs with his feet. He is the toughest S.O.B. I've about ever seen at the QB position. Stephen is not afraid to run anywhere on the field, and he will straight up truck a CB or safety if one gets in his way. Did you not see his TD run vs. Florida? He has a ton of heart, that's for sure.
