How much longer till this fuk gets fired from Miami
They could be a team that makes the playoffs as a 6 or 7 seed
I mean they aren't even avg, they are BAD

Its his fault?
No its not. Its pat rileys for getting Chris Bosh. Hes terrible. They could have got Ray Allen and Joakim Noah for that. Eric S took the Heat to the playoffs and kept them competitive all while Pat Riley and the front office were clearing up salary space and not giving him anyone to help dwayne wade. It hasnt even been 20 games.

Bosh is too soft. They need a big body in the middle and not someone like Z who stays in the perimeter all the time and does not rebound. Someone like Tyson Chandler or Deandre Jordan from the Clips. Arroyo can't cut it as well, they need a good defensive pg who can hit open shots and is money from 3. Mo williams would be a perfect fit IMO.

The Heat has a lot of problems... Some are Pat Riley's making...Some are not...
DWade is brittle. He missed just about all of the preseason. That slowed down building team chemistry.
Miller out until at least January.
Haslem out 2-3 weeks with a foot injury.
They struggle against elite point guards (see the Boston Celtics games).
They struggle in the paint.
I think I heard on ESPN radio today two very interesting stats:
1. LeBron had, going into tonights game, had 6 offensive rebounds ON THE SEASON!!!
2. The Heat are dead fvcking last in points in the paint. Now I know they dont have a center worth a sh*t, but you would think that with drivers/slashers like LeBron/DWade that they wouldnt be DFL...

Has nothing to do with brock. You saying that Bosh is a horrible player is just straight stupid. Allen was never going to leave Boston, i dont know exactly why you think they coulda got Allen and Noah

Noah and Allen is an example of what they could have got for 110 million. Any combo would have been better than paying bosh 110 miilion. What has the guy done to warrant 110 million.
And to whoever said mo williams is the perfect fix. He was a big part of the problem in cleveland. He can score but as far as defense goes it was REALLY embarrassing.

With their team now, their best bet is to go run and gun with Bosh at the 5. They will rack up the wins but it wont work in the playoffs.

bosh isnt exactly awful..but i kinda agree with ralphie..
this heat team is awfuly built..bosh is a good player but you cannot rely on him to anchor the paint.. his skill set is what makes him good, but he will not be able to utilize that with wade and james except on pick and pop imo..
the pieces just doesnt fit..
and they are playing like they are too high on their fame that you cannot even see a heart on them..
its not the coach..the coach took the abandoned heat to the playoffs and won some games with limited pieces..
its almost only wade last year

they need to make a trade. Waiving Stackhouse for Dampier was a start but they need to go trade for a superstar. If they are hanging their hat on Mike Millers return they are sadly going to be dissappointed.

Lebron James, Dwayne Wade, and Chris Bosh is sooooooo different than when Ray Allen and KG came to join Paul. They fit so well together. It all made sense. Wade and James just switch off running the show instead of becoming the next michael and scottie.

For the record MS, Ralphie was one of the few predicting the Heat would struggle. There weren't too many here in that camp. Surreal how many people here thought the Heat would be the best team ever.

i think they should pickup rafer alston and a hustle big man..
only way wade and lebron plays efficiently is if they use their athleticism on defense and turn it into fast breaks much like they did on the olympics.. they need a quick point guard that can be a spark..thats not arroyo imo

they don't know how to play together yet and may never
their skills are too similar, roles very similar, no variety there
Bosh is supposed to be the variety but he has never had to play
defense, the entire concept of defense is foreign to him.
Joakim Noah and Ray Allen have twice the collective
competitive sack that James and Bosh have.
The only one with a sack is Wade but he's hampered
by injury and just went through an emotional divorce.

I'll try to find one. It seems as if a bunch of post were deleted recently. I heard something went down with LakerBoy and Lyon but not sure what's up. Anybody know the deal? LB started a post on fading the Heat under 64 wins and there was another post on fading the Heat the first 20 games of the season. I can't seem to find them. Very funny reads

Here's one where Ralphie clearly stated that the Heat would be overrated. Not taking up for him or anything but I have a good memory of all the guys buying into the Heat hype and the one's who were more level headed.

Haslem is out 2-3 months at the very least. Miami is dead last in points the point but are first in free throw attempts.

Guys like Tyson and DeAndre, while good, will only make it worse. Clogging up the lane for LeBron and Wade isn't going to help this team. That's why Haslem and his mid range game will be hugely missed.

Exactly. Noah and Allen were pretty much locked up before they could officially resign/extend their contract.

If they still had Haslem, this strategy wouldn't be too bad. But like you said, it wont work in the playoffs againt a team like Orlando, Boston or LA (if they somehow get that far).

Bosh is fine...he had a slow start...but the guy is very good. I'm a Raptors fan and I've seen him grow in the past 7 years and the guy is a 20/10 guy. On this team, by the end of the year, he will average 18/9 (he's at 17/7 right now). Obviously stats don't mean shit but Bosh isn't as bad as people make him out to be. He doesn't deserve Bron/Wade money but the guy is a top 5 PF in the game. In the playoffs though, Boston would expose Bosh and his softness.

Getting Dampier was okay...but not that great. The guys going to clog the lane for LBJ/Wade and that's gonna cause problems. If Dampier was so good, why didn't they get him before when they had the chance especially considering Dampier WANTED to play in Miami? Only reason it happened now is because they were forced to sign him after losing their best rebounder/defensive big who can hit the mid-range shot with consistency in Haslem
