Non betting purpose. Texas A&M is a childhood favorite of mine and nothing would complete my Thanksgiving better than an A&M victory. What do you guys think? I am worried because after the big victory vs Nebraska I expect a letdown

Who did Texas beat in their division this year? There is a bigger chance of Texas quitting than A&M having a letdown.

This is a rival game and you can throw records out the window. Game is in Austin.. and if you follow A&M history we always lose big games.

and you obviously havent followed a&m this year.
looking at history in the Rivalry, when a ranked team plays an unranked team, the ranked team wins more than what should be expected. This goes both ways. Also, you can throw out the records is a dumb saying. A&M is the better team, how would they have a letdown against their biggest rival with a chance to keep them from a bowl game, and also go to the Cotton bowl

LVB, the 1960 game between these two is the first one I can truly remember, used to go to these games as a kid and then, of course, as a student at A&M in the 70s. After seeing the Aggies blow beets so often in this rivalry, our shared pessimism is certainly justified.
That said, I took the 'Horns on the money line, and as cold as I've been the last week, perhaps that's a good sign. Happy Thanksgiving and Gig 'Em!

Yep, RC dropped back-to-back Cotton Bowls to Lou Holtz, but don't forget the one we did win over Notre Dame. Jackie Sherrill was at the helm then, and the best part was frustrating Tim Brown all freaking day long in the rout.

If you like Texas you should bet the under instead. Because in all the divisional games this year they haven't scored more than 22 points win or lose.
