    SBR Trivia wouldn't accept answer
Got the 2nd trivia question correct, and it would not accept my answer.

Kept clicking on submit and it would not take it.

    Time expired....and I lost.

Not a good way to start the day.

It was 100% correct. Had no problem with the first question....took it right away. The 2nd question was so easy, didn't even hesitate in answering it. It just would not accept it.

I had this happen last week with the third question. I submitted before the timer ran out, but it claimed time had expired, even though it hadn't.

The Trivia disables the button and changes the button's text to "Time Expired" when the timer runs out. If this happens, you will not be able to click the button until the next page says your trivia is up. Is this similar to what happened?

I responded to that pm, unfortunately your answer was incorrect.

when I saw 2 sec left , i tried to pick and click and got 'expired'. Is this the same 2 seconds as the NBA where they have time to make a pass and get off a shot and ruin my bet? We need the clock to show tenths of seconds .

Seriously, thanks for this fun feature, even though I've failed miserably - except for the very first one when I got that generous 100 pts for 2 answers.

Showing tenths & hundredths of a second is not a bad idea! We've had a few users try to click the button with less than 1 second on the clock and get timed out because they couldn't beat the clock.

My second question for 50 points was graded incorrectly. The question was "Who was the MVP of the 2007 NBA All-Star game?" I chose Kobe Bryant, but it said it was incorrect and that the correct answer was Lebron James. I looked it up on http://www.basketball-reference.com/allstar/ and a few other NBA sports sites and it was also Kobe Bryant there as well.

in all my years around baseball i have never heard the term "peg" when referenced with a strong throw resulting in an out. i've heard of pegged, but not peg.

lebron won in 2008 in the 2007-2008 season. this is probably why someone got confused when making the question.

"peg" has always been used as a kickball term in my life. For example, you peg someone to get them out, our once the school system became all pussied out, "no pegging".

^ Yeah, I've also heard it as a kickball term, not baseball.

The way I know it, pegging is throwing the ball at someone. If it hits them, they're out.

This is obviously not applicable in baseball.
