We have very good traffic on football weekends but it does not explode like people think it does

I learned a lot here about internet forum traffic and how it affects commerce that is generated by said traffic. So really, if say you were going to say change up some banners a weekday might be the best time to do it so that more people see something new then as opposed to the weekend. Pretty sharp.

Then why are the SBR servers overwhelded on NFL Sunday mornings?

Everyone here has probably tried to log in Sunday morning and have the pages load really slow or not at all.

They seem to have it fixed now, or lost of people have gone bust already.

They're overwhelmed because we give some of the servers the day off. They work so hard in the week we think its only fair that they get some time off.

forum traffic is busier during the week because people who work spend a lot of time online.
