Rather shocking that 5DIMES not only came out on top, but by such a landslide.

All of the shops catering to U.S. clients in this top ten are also in the FH USA RANKINGS TOP TEN......

The list really is not and indication of good American books though because too many non Americans voting for non usa type books

This is their second consecutive SBR Posters poll win. Despite the chat transcripts that catch fire once every few months, player feedback on 5Dimes payouts has remained consistent.

5D is solid, but add up points for Greek and Jamaica and they easily win. The book that should take note is BetPhoenix.

I forgot all about that they won the last poll, thanks for the info Lou.

I wasn't shocked that they won and by such a landslide because of any payout issues, it was because of the chat transcripts, players talking about getting their limits cut, customer service issues, grading issues, etc.

I do love 5Dimes though.

With all this said about 5Dimes, just think how good things could be there if the Customer Service was spot on, and they knew how to take care of their customers "Vegas style". What I mean by "Vegas style" is not just treat them like an endless cash stream. Make me feel like my business is appreciated. If 5Dimes did those two small things, they might kill their US facing competition. Those are the two small gripes I have about 5dimes.

Not surprised by this result at all. Many posters do have a love/hate relationship with 5Dimes, but the the key is that they do have a relationship with 5Dimes. My guess is that more American posters play at that shop than anywhere else for a wide variety of reasons.

However, no more Monday morning freebies became a policy after this poll was well underway. Keep that in mind.

well I remain somewhat surprised as I have no relationship with 5D any more
my limits were cut to the extent that they became a waste of my time maintaining my account and I've read that many others have complained about the same thing
so the fact that so many still seem to play there and rate them so highly has me scratching my head somewhat

If US players could play at Pinnacle it would be on top every time of day, hour, second.

It's depressing because I can still log into my account and see my .04 balance that I'm unable to add funds to because I'm a US Citizen.

Pinnacle is the top sportsbook without a doubt, but this forum is mostly comprised of Americans, and Pinnacle does not take American clients.

If you were polling non-Americans, who I believe would be able to use all of these books, I have no doubt that Pinnacle would top the list easily.

Even with this poll, 5 Dimes did not finish that far ahead of Pinnacle, and Pinnacle received more first place votes.

Also DSI shouldn't even be on the list, fukkin square book acting as if they were for P
