0% chance of this happening.
There is no way the Giants will win on the road in the playoffs against teams like Atlanta, New Orleans, Philadelphia and Green Bay.
But if we are being hypothetical, the Jets would mop the floor with the G-Men.

How ironic it would be. Jerry Jones throws the biggest party of the NFL season, and two teams from New York show up to party down on his front lawn!

Trust me, not my ideal... but they are both good, both from new york and both in the playoffs. Sometimes the gods have a way with these things.

Jets-Giants seems plausible at the midway point. They are in position. Thing is, the important half of the season is still left.

I dont see the jets getting to the playoffs, and if the giants players keep getting injured like they are then they aint gonna last a game in the playoffs.

stick a fork in the falcons, bucs, giants, pats, colts, and titans wont even make postseason

Maybe the gods will have their way this year, but NY teams have never met in any of the 44 Super Bowls. Even in baseball, the only "Subway Series" in the last 50+ years was in 2000.
Good luck to the gods.
I do think the Jets have a shot, but I agree with dfberger23 that that Giants might only be the 5th best team in the NFC.

C'mon piece. I respect your opinion but this is ridiculous. Jets are 7-2. No playoffs???!!!!!

NFC is wide open. Philly/Saints/Falcons/Pack I like in that order, G-men have a shot though.
I definitely like the Jets in the AFC though. They handled the Pats by two scores, and when the going got tough, they squeaked out the wins.
Walter forgot... when you're desperate's when you got no choice.

Now that would indeed be funny. I would still feel bad for the New York fans from both teams that showed up and found out the hard way just how hard-ass the Dallas police can be. My advice to all Jets and Giants fans that made the trip would be to get a hotel right there in the Six Flags area and not venture into Big D at all.
Cowboys fans would hate it even worse if the Steelers are playing for the title on their new field.

AFC:
Steelers, Colts, NE, Ravens
NFC:
Packers, Eagles
Eight possible combinations - that's it. And maybe, just maybe the Giants sneak in.
Although I do like the Giants +3 this week.
