Womens sports may suck, but you have to admit winning like 70 straight is amazing

Only women's sport that I care about is tennis. If it is not tennis, I really don't care at all.

Yeah, it's just like Boise St. winning a bunch of games against lesser teams.

Last year's UConn team could've given a good game to some of the WNBA's bad teams, like Tulsa.

winning 70 straight in women's sports isn't saying very much. women just don't have that killer instinct that men do. same skills in any mens sport, and that shit gets busted after 30 max. men no matter how skilled, have pride. women in sports rarely will rise to the occasion and "sack up"

All u guys saying that womans sport suck really cant make any claim to being even 'semi-pro'....Chicks sport are where the weakest #'s are....Y play where the sharp guys (and hence sharper linesmakers) play when u can exploit weak lines.....Seriously, female netball totals have some of the weakest #'s il ever see....Cant wait til the new season starts GL

During their run, Uconn has won 2 national Championships, beaten the #2 team in the nation 4 times, beaten a top 10 team 16 times, beaten a ranked team 37 times, and before last night all these were by double digits. The comparison to Boise State's 22 game winning streak is idiotic

My point, albeit somewhat in jest, was that UCONN plays many games against teams that have no business being on the same court. They are significantly more talented than many of the teams on their schedule (or all of women's basketball for that matter). You prove my point by pointing out that all of their wins were by double digits. What do you think? They play maybe two or three legitimately competitive games a year? That's, proportionally, about on par with Boise.

no Boise plays 1 per year and UCONN plays I would say 10-12.
You really think the team they beat in the Sweet 16, Elite 8, Final 4, Championship game arent "legit" teams ?
They have beaten the #2 ranked team in the nation 4 times in the last 2 years. It was Stanford twice last year and Baylor was #2 last night. and beaten 27 ( not 37) ranked teams.
If Boise State beats the #2 ranked team in the nation 4 times in 2 years and beats 27 ranked teams in two years wins all their other games then OK
