i think you have it all wrong my friend. you have it backwards. fans will enjoy this much more. do you prefer those 9-6 games where most drives were 3 and out?? will fans enjoy more those 31.5 totals that end up 10-6?? OR will the fans start to enjoy more if games totals become 58.5 or 64.5 and when you are down 21-0 early, you are still in the game and now it's 35-21 after 3q.. now it's 35-28 with 4 min to go.. now it's 35-35 as they tie it up on the last drive.. and then comeback is complete.. 38-35 final in OT..
if you had games like this all the time, ratings will triple.. before this year, if you were down 17-0, game is over. if the NFL stays like this, if you are down 21-0 end of 1stq, you are well in the game still.Comment -

84-55 for the unders.. doesn't sound like much, but it is. it's almost 30 games over .500 in such a small amount of games.. it's over 60%.. and if you're playing these games at matchy and at the best possible # with 5 good books, you are up 30x your initial bet..
IOW, if you are a 1k bettor, you are up 30k clear...

fans in general like to see alot of scoring.. no one wants to see 6-3 games.. remember a few yrs back there was a MNF game between Jax VS Pit.. remember it ended 3-0..
how exciting was that?? you think fans want to see that, OR see your team down 24-3 at the half and come back to win 34-31?? with this new NFL, fans will always know they are never out of the game.. If the avg NFL total became 64.5, trailing 35-0 at the half would still mean you're in the game.. how fun would that be for the fans??Comment -
Nicky, another benefit of these high scoring games, especially if one team does most of the scoring early, is that you can get some great numbers on in-game line live lines. Hell, half of the money I profit comes from easily beatable live lines. It's the best scenario for gamblers and fans alike.
