Pizza Not delivered

Guys this is what happens when you order a pizza and you do not fill out the order form with your phone #.

A poster orders a pizza does not leave a call back # so I put mine down.
Driver calls says he is here with the pizza. Has been knocking on the door hears a dog but no one comes to the door.

Guess what? Pizza never gets delivered.

When ordering a pizza please fill out all the information otherwise things like this happen.
And then a thread is posted saying I never received my pizza. Not my fault, sorry.

Ive ordered about 10 since SBR points were introduced, and NEVER once had an issue getting my pizza delivered and in a timely manner. Thanks Samball

162 points for $23. That's like $0.15 per point, I don't think there's better value out there.
