Should Points Program go Private/Pro Only?
The days of wealth "trickling" down are over. Most of the stuff like trivia is Pro only anyways why not just make the move to make it private for posters who spend the $200 to get the extra benefits.SB-OR_John lets get this fixed.

Not a bad idea but it could set a precedent for sbr to make us purchase again to keep points. For example. Next they could say "to continue getting loyalty points you need to ......."

I think they are more concerned with traffic here as it generates more revenue then them charging. Free points attract people therefore the free points probably will stay.

would be stupid as a business move because then you would have very few NEW posters coming and new traffic. Traffic would decline around here quickly and sharply...

Would pay $250 monthly for the privilege of being a Pro. As is now it's a bargain.

The program is working great as it is. The Pro's get double the points daily, reduced prices in the SBR Store, trivia where they can win another 250 points a week and poker free rolls worth several thousand dollars a week. The non Pros can tag along and eventually get a real bang when they get together a deposit to turn Pro. Its a good way for the non Pros to see if they like hanging out at SBR.

Like it the way it is, I have refereed 3 guys to this site in the last week, but they are getting money together to make a deposit at 5dimes to become pros, but in the mean time get to see how the points work, and really get to know the site.

I would prefer a monthly membership fee for Pros.
