The absolute best way that involves little work and is safe for your computer is:

myp2p.eu + download StreamTorrent app + download Veetle player/plugin

(they edited out Sunday's games. Take my word for it. haha)

I don't recommend the other players because I don't know how loaded they are with ads, etc.
