slimmer, i hope to god they are not done.. i swear to god the day MW goes down for good, it will be a very sad day for me. i hardly have gone there in the past 5 yrs, but i do go there at least 1 time each 3 months to see what's new and it's great to see some of the same faces as the great time i spent there. i have great memories from there. i love at times to do a search and then i see these posts of mine and say, wow, that was actually me 10 yrs ago.. i do remember each post but it's cool to see because my life was so diff back then. it's cool to see me talking about my GF those days and the problems i had, which was like 3 ex GF's ago.. man, i was really young those days and i find it cool to spend 3 hrs there at a time just seeing what i was saying. now i'm an old fart. time just went right by.

I hope MW is ok.

yes, i've said it only 231 times at SBR that MW was the greatest gambling guys.. no 15 yr old kids there wasting time like here. it was strict business.

Then Russ ran them all away becasuse they were hammering their sponsored books, many of which were shady operations.

Who can ever forget the Securebuxx fiasco...........that's when I got banned/quit there, as I exposed this fraudulant company from the get go.

The downturn started when one of the owners became hooked on drugs & whores and the final straw was when one of the mods hooked-up with a poster. That relationship when south quickly, got real ugly, lots of bad blood. MW never was the same.

sammy, you know who i was and so does everyone else here. it's only been mentioned 387 times. is this true about russy became hooked on drugs and he used whores? i dont buy it. wasn't he happily married? maybe you are not talking about russy

i opened my PM box if you dont want to mention who you were here. i swear i will never tell anyone. you can trust me.. my word is gold. only tell me if i really know you for sure and we talked back and forth at MW alot. if we really never spoke that often, you dont have to tell me. i probably won't know you that well..i only was close to about 15 guys in 6 or so yrs there.

The Hawk was a forum owner no one fooled with, if he ever ran this place he literally would of killed at least 20 guys, he would not put up the the kids here and did not like guys like Nicky, Fishhead and myself because we knew/know the industry inside and out. He tried to have Sick Gambler murdered.

Used to get a kick out of the early Railbird born again posts. Drunken Goon for pucks. Yeah you could learn something there. And even with those edgy, pedo posts, Reno often had some interesting things to say as did The Actuary and many more. Was a good place to learn without sophomoric stupidity.

THIS IS TRUE POSTERS

MW makes JJ a mod and he goes and bans as many posters as he possibly can non-stop........after 5 hours, MW had no postings and Hawk couldn't figure out what was happening.

The Major started a thread a ways back inviting Sick Gambler to diner in Montreal and he said Guy Lafleur was going to be at the table and Russ knew Sick Gambler loved this hockey icon and figured he would go. Sickler almost did go , he was so excited to meet his idol but good old JJ stopped in and smelled a trap and told Sick not to go. I was right, The Major and his goons were going to trap Sick Gambler in an alley and kill him, you might ask why>> Well Sick knew too much about sportsbooks and would post who was in trouble, who was stiffing, etc and some advertised there and The Major had to stop it. He figured he had a great plan and it almost worked. There was no Guy Lafleur at the fukkin restaurant, The Major never even knew him.
