1Bet confiscated over 200k.

There has been many reports of 1bet, 18bet, Premiumtradings, Babibet and other associated book names I can't bring to mind here doing this to customers over the years.

I have fought for 30+ people in this same situation.

One victim spent years trying to hold them to account in a Malta court but recently had the court rule against him, believing the faked list of bets logged with his IP they presented.

I have no good news for you and no suggestions of how to hold them to account.

It is frustrating that such a well known scam group continues to be able to operate and hold licenses.

Yes exactly, how is possible that this well know scums, are still doing a business and operate as gaming and casino...Even worst is, that they are still able to keep the best places on reviews as one of the best rated and recommended gaming site.

I heard that 18bet and 1Bet will finish a business shortly as also revenue is going againts them. They have a debt over 100m. on taxes. That news about their termination is also not a good news regards my case, but good for any potential customers who are thinkig open an accunts with them.

Btw - why he hold a court in Malta, when I believe 18Bet or 1Bet are based in Curacao - correct?

One of the companies involved has(had?) a Malta license. I thought it was 18bet but maybe it was Babibet he was suing. Exactly the same people and exactly the same run of fake losing bets to drain the account and same list of Bets/IPs they would probably have also given to you as 'proof'.
