    Shot, I apologize. I was off one year. I meant to list 2001 Canes, who played the Bowl game in 2002:

    ...Their DEF PPG was low. They forced 4.1 turnovers per game, so the offense was always on short fields. And they obliterated Nebraska in the title game.

    2002 Canes again played in title game in Jan 2003. Played against Ohio St, as you reference. -14, lost in OT on questionable Interference call.

    There are so many ridiculous threads started on this forum.....I have never seen so many. Unbelievable. Posters putting up threads stating a 24 point under dog is going to win outright.....etc. etc., etc. Johnny Vegas.....dude MIGHT hit one out of 15 and everyone bows down to him and calls him the king when he does...     Haha-ha, very true. Dave Cokin had a great line during the brutal NFL game where Colts beat the Broncos, 12-9 in overtime:
