Subway Adds 3 New Sandwiches For The 2022 NFL Draft

In celebration of the NFL Draft on April 28, 2022, Subway is honoring prospective draftees Kayvon Thibodeaux, Garrett Wilson and Jordan Davis with signature sandwiches in their name.

    • Jordan Davis’ Standout Sub: Juicy steak and crispy strips of bacon piled high on Artisan Italian bread, topped with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, pickles and then finished with mayo and fiery Buffalo Sauce.
    • Garrett Wilson’s Go Long Sub: Oven-roasted turkey, black forest ham, bacon and pepper jack cheese topped with two scoops of smashed avocado on fresh-backed hearty multigrain bread. All topped with baby spinach, tomatoes, red onions, pickles and Subway’s smoky Baja Chipotle Sauce.
    • Kayvon Thibodeaux’s The Playmaker: Deli-sliced oven-roasted turkey, black forest ham, hickory-smoked bacon and pepper jack cheese on Artisan Italian bread. Loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions and jalapeño peppers. All mixed together with fiery Buffalo Sauce and creamy Peppercorn Ranch

                                I’ll eat subway but it’s not generally a go-to.

One thing I’ve learned as I’ve gotten older is if you want a sandwich you really gotta head northeast or you’re just kinda missing out. Sandwich culture is real

I'm in New England, yeah, we have some killer sandwich shops, absolutely no reason to eat Subway in these parts with so many other solid options.

Firehouse isn’t bad, but jersey mikes is better. Firehouse has a lot of sides to choose from though. Jimmy Jon’s is eatable but a distant 3rd. Jersey mike is the best chain one I’ve had.

Subway is the fast food chain with the most locations in the world, even more then McDonald’s. Amazingly, they are the worst.

Wendys is the only grease shop I ever get personally, mainly because my son always wants it and you can get chili as the side

Yeah, my dad told me firehouse was way better before a location opened near me, but I would definitely say it’s jersey mikes over firehouse. There was only one sub I didn’t like there, can’t remember which one it was, but just didn’t like the taste of one of the meats. Everything else was great I’ve had.
