Not sure if you are aware, but Joe Biden has recently been tied to some shady dealings with quite a lot of proof from said lap top. Not to mention a man with a name and a face who has come forward and gone public about what the Biden's were doing.

Why wasn't it released before the early voting started? By the time is released 50% of the voting will be in place. They shouldn't have to wait to release it. The lines outside early voting polling places are too long.
