Damn, just a roided up monster! Do we really think that went 538' though? Not like they had Amazon digital technology back then.

A 330 ft home run and a 583 ft home run will only score one run.

If I pound out a 2 or a 9 I got laid either way. But I'd much prefer the 9.

Well it did go upper deck left field Kingdome lol

I mean, really, how many balls ever made it upper deck left field at the Homerdome?

    I don't doubt the 538

The crazy thing about the roids era was it also gave us phenomenal pitching...like we'll never see again. Certainly no more 300 game winners.

Not sure. Here's a vid of McGwire doing it twice in one inning a year earlier though

The 2nd one was listed as being in the 480' range. I don't see over 50' further in comparison.

Did NOT need to see this

That TB Ray's game 2nd worse beat of my life, but added salt to my wound as FUKKIN Dan Johnson owns my ass.

Beat me by .001 point in HS batting, ended my 97 year w a walk off 3 run homer in HS sectionals (4-2) and my 98 year with 3 run double in sectionals in bot 7 w 2 out (7-6). Then I guess fukked my buddies sister at the Grand Slam batting cages in Coon Rapids later that night lol

I feel sorry for the bat. A Randy Johnson fastball against a McGwire swing. That bat must have come from one hell of a strong tree.

I always laugh watching that video.
0:12 He looks like a Clydesdale trotting the bags. He is massive.
