Well the postseason is finally upon us. Futures for the Phillies to win the world series is a +245 give or take. I was hoping to get a better number, but at this time in the year I will take it. game 1 is going to feature Phillies "ace" Roy Halladay. You can bank it the Phils take this one and start of with a win.

I think Phils go the distance. They got the whole package. Strong starting rotation, good offense that is now healthy and home field advantage in the series. Good futures bet.

Yanks dont have enough pitching. I really want to get the rematch this year, but I just dont see it happening. TB - PHI rematch from 08 would be nice, I suppose... I just really wanna say to some of my NJ-NYY family, "you just can't expect to win a WS with just one Pitcher," just like they said to me after last season. (even though Hamels was there, just a headcase in 09).
Phils bullpen is disgusting, their starting 4 went 16-1 in September, they are on an absolute tear right now. I honestly will be shocked if the REds get on game.

I was just reading a thread started by one of the forum idiots talking about the Reds will beat the Phillies in their series. What a joke. It will be a good series but I don't expect the Phillies to lose more than once and that would be a letdown.

Halladay will pitch his first postseason game tomorrow in Philly. I imagine he will be nervous whether he says it or not. Volquez has a good history against the Phillies so I'm leaning to the under more so than the phils RL
