I kinda like Boston physical play that fits well in the playoff compare to teams like Pittsburgh and Tampa that are finess !! Ya pens are back 2 back champs but there defense is leaking right now !! You ain’t going score 5 goals every game in the playoff

Lightning going hard after Erik Karlsson. If they get him, watch out. Him and Hedman on the same team would make the Bolts clear favorite. Ottawa has given up asking for Point or Sergachev. No way Yzerman trades any of those two. The Sens just want to unload Bobby Ryan and get as many prospects and draft picks as they can.

they would have to give up a lot to get Karlsson. Would be interesting

Well, Ottawa for sure is asking for an arm and a leg. Or was. But they know they are in a rebuilding mode and Karlsson is too expensive to resign. So they have come down a lot. It's gonna come to : "get the best deal" we can get by getting rid of Ryan, who's making a ton of money and playing like crap. Assuming Karlsson's suitors have to be all contenders ( because they will be renting him anyway) they know nobody wants to give them a proven player. Otherwise it will be like going sideways. I know Tampa won't part ways with any of their core players. I heard Colorado might get involved in a three way deal to help them unload Ryan and put him on waivers, to get something. If Karlsson get traded though, my money is on the Lightning. Best friends with Hedman among other reasons. Will see...

Ryan has been an underachiever his whole career so far. Signs of brilliance at times but disappears for games at a time. Maybe a change of scenery will benefit him? I would be pissed if I was an Ottawa fan if they trade Karlsson. D-men like him are rare.

I don't know man. He's only 27. In the prime of his career and arguably a top 2 or 3 defenceman in the world despite having an off year this season. Players like him are an extreme rare commodity. I wouldn't trade him.

I know about pissed, my man. I live in Tampa Bay. We have a baseball team (you may have heard of them ) called the Rays. LOL. The fcuking cheap skates who own that garbage of a AA baseball team just gave away everybody who was worth a damn and still want a new stadium on top of that. But the thing with Karlsson is that he's said he wants to be paid what he's worth when he signs the new contract no matter who the team is. So the Sens have to trade him and everybody and their sister knows that. Hopefully it will be the Bolts.

Nash had a very good season when he was traded to NY and played well in the Cup finals. Seems like he's been injured a lot recently. Not sure if he can ever be the player he was 3 or 5 years ago.

Toronto maple laughs...um..MATHEWS IS ON INJURED RESERVE...he has had same injury earlier this year. Tampa has best one.two..punch on one team. Penguins have won multiple games by 3 or more..last 15. What are you talking about the defense issues..lol. Toronto will lose 1st round to caps or pens
