#35I do supersuper slow continuous tension weightlifting.
One of my sets might last 5 minutes. Warmup sets and 1 set to failure, not any of these 3 or 4 set to 8-10 reps crap that works on one in a thousand because of supplements, drugs and genes.
I never did any of this to lose weight. Just an experiment. Im not even really trying.
Drink 4 liters of water tommorrow, one of those make it warm water with lemon and sea salt and dont eat anything during that time. Do it for a week and watch what happens. Then drink 2 waters before and after each meal. Eat just 1,2 or 3 times. None of this 6 meal a day stuff.Comment
