jaw reconstruction can be really tough in terms of pain but usually temporary. Nothing wrong with being on meds for the short term. My suggestion on the lyRica and cymbalta are legit, I've treated soldiers for 10+yrs with phantom limb and ptsd.

Do you have a rewind button on your life pal? He can't change the past. Obviously when bad shit happens we always replay the events and see how we could have done things differently, but you can't go back. Take the tough guy act to a different thread.
