only 2 ways to look at this:

1) the guy likes to force chicks to sleep w/him

2) the girl knew that he's already facing civil charges and decided this was her shot at a payoff

it's 50-50 in my book. i do not buy more than 50% that this is legit, and NO i am not a fan of the guy. i don't dislike the dude either.
