It is a tremendous course. I haven’t played there in years but Green fees were outrageous 20years ago. I can only imagine what they are today? but I think it’s still rated the #1 course in the US. Stallion Mountain was a go to that was so much cheaper. LOL. I rented some Pingsone day that fit me so well, I shot my lowest round ever. I begged to buy them but they wouldn’t let me. I should have just took them. They said if I didn’t return them it was like $1,500 for the set. That would have been a bargain. I’ve never shot that well again….

So- it was a unique event. We only golfed 9 holes after the LPGA event because we ran out of time. LPGA had a Match Play event that was going on and I had inside the ropes passes with Jeeno Thitikul (#2 in the world) and her caddy. I walked the course with them, sat on the cart when shuttling, watched her stare down her opponent, crush the ball and see up close how talented she is. She was super nice and after going down 1 hole with poor chipping she looked at her caddy and I and said- play time is over. She proceeded to dominate.

It is still #1 in the US I think. Perfect fairways, postcard greens and immaculate grounds. There wasn’t a bush, tree, woodchip or plant out of place or overgrown. They limit the pictures you can take because they want you to take it all in and also make it feel more exclusive. Only 40 people per week golf the course. Invite only mostly but it is $1250 a round if you are added with an invite. Great experience.

Wolf Creek a great course. I love Paiute if you ever get the chance. I don’t golf as much as I used to. Kids are young.

I live pretty much on the 14th tee box at TPC Summerlin.

Yeah, same here not as much as I used to. Growing up pops always bought me a summer season pass to the local course (lost nation Willoughby, OH) damn I remember playing from sunup to sundown every day. Unfortunately, my love for math, learning a skills trade, and truck driving got in the way.

My goodness, it sounds incredible as I remember it. That’s amazing how they kept it up through the years. I’d love to see it again. I’d probably be embarrassed to play it as my game is totally suspect right now. I used to play 3 times a week. I haven’t played a round in 3 years.

AHH I also see you might be nature lover by the duck PIC. Here in southeastern AZ, every year 40k+ sandhill cranes migrate. Alot of great hiking with 10k plus elevation mountain's all over. Why just down the road from me is turkey creek where wild bill hickock is buried.

Don’t worry. I play a few times a month and my shit game is awful. We’ll get through the round and hit the tables and the Rhino pal.

Awesome. I love nature. It’s a beautiful thing to watch wildlife. The Ducks were beautiful and quacked right at us!
