Because even though I've been banking at this bank for over 20 years they still put a hold on every check I deposit...20 years with no bad checks and thats how they repay me.Comment -
My normal bank is where I made the pending chargebacks to the cards for the funds I have not recieved, so I figured once I have cash they can't ********** that. And now I have deposited them in my normal bank which advised me wait 30 days before withdrawing it because of various other chargebacks that are in process. The A holes at the check cashing place are morons as my bank agreed they had no right to alter my check, and my bank let me deposit them anyway with a hold, I will let everyone know how it pans out. As far as BoFA I will let them investigate on thier own and if they find me not responsible for those charges all the better!! I have been waiting to damn long for this crapComment -
The check cashing place will call the number on the front of the check and verify the account exists but not the funds, and no check cashing palce will take the risk on that one, plus thier vig is 10%Comment -
Dude yea they absolutely have no right to void your check thats the stupidest thing I've ever heard. After waiting two months for your check you finally go to cash it and some dummy just writes void on it. I still can't believe that....good luck getting your situation straightened out.Comment -

Like I said before. I hope everything comes crashing down around you. Whoopee you've waited 2 months for your money. I have been here since Feb, right from the start and so far have received 13k from the 28.5k owed to me. People like you who ********** their credit cards when it is clear you are going to be paid are ruining it for everyone. Yes at this point in time Jazette can take deposits but if the processing company gets too many chargebacks they are going to tell Jazette to go and stick it. Then without any means to deposit for their players the company will certainly go bellyup.
So Congratulations my friend for being so selfish and thinking only of yourself. I thought the whole reason for this forum and SBR was to keep each other informed and to help each other out, but don't worry mate as long as you get your money, to hell with the rest of us.

We should all just sit here with our thumbs in our ass while CS with no answers tells us our money is floating all over the world everywhere except our bank accounts. You also probably think I should pay the 16% interest on the credit card deposits while this is "resolved". HAHAHHAAH BofA has removed all deposits to them, and I have also cashed all checks recieved by the "processors" so far. So at this point I am 3 grand away from being even, at which point I MIGHT consider reversing the ********** however this company will probably fold by then anyway. BofA is not going to defend an online gambling processor who illeglally coded transactions to pass through thier system, they would rather eat the loss and stop processing those transactions and keep me as a customer. DO NOT TRY TO BRING THESE CHECKS TO CHECK CASHING OR WESTERN UNION, THEY WILL WRITE VOID ON THE FRONT AND NOT CASH IT!!!! If Jazzette is such a great company than why are you waiting on more than half of your payouts after 4 months?? If I didn't pay my mortgage for 4 months my house would be gone, same with any other debt, I would tell everyone just ********** all the deposits, once (if ever) you get any of your money keep that too, and then someday if you actually ever get even with these people, consider it a victory.Comment -

him...haha...ummm so yeah I got my other 2 checks from fed ex yesterday...that takes care of the 3 that were processed last week...waiting on one more for 2k...hopefully in a week or 2 i'll have it...my bank didn't put any hold on the checks either...so who is gonna laugh when jazzette has the processors put a stop on that guys checks when they find out whats going on...and just for his information, if u cashed it at a check cashing place...and it bounced...like if they put a stop on it because of your chargebacks....you would have had to pay it back, lose the check cashing fee...and have to pay a bad check fee too....it doesn't make sense to cash it at a check cashing place if your risking what you are...just put it in your bank..if jazzette puts a stop on it...then the bank will just take it back out of your account...probably charge you $25....

I was originally told it was sent 7/10...received conf. email it was sent out on 7/13....check dated the 10th...shipping tag was actually printed on the 16th...found it on the doorstep 17th...hope it helps..also received same for 2 fedex from same date...only it was on the doorstep the 18thComment -
I got a check from BetRoyal via FedEx this week and I'm mentioning this because like you guys this week mine too was opened and resealed or the processor reused a FedEx envelope... It also had the big window and the check was visiable... They told me their limit for FedEx checks is 3K... Again as with you guys the tracking number was issued but they didn't give it to FedEx for three days then I got it the day after they gave it to FedEx...Comment -

did anyone else get an email stating that the ach was processed and sent. I talked with a cs rep the other day and changed one of my withdrawals to this ach method and i received an email today stating that it was sent today the 19th and I should receive within 7 days. I also got my 2 fedex checks yesterday but I have not received my 2 checks that were sent dhl.Comment -

Yes... They can tell you if a label has been printed by imputing your address... It does not have to be shipped to come up rather a label has to be issued and the Billing info. for the label is transmitted to FedEx that's why it will come up...Comment -
i called fedex and they said they have nothing on file as far as my address or name...but sports.com says it was sent on 7/17..does it mean they havent shipped it yet..Comment -

Let me give you an example.. When I ship someone a helmet I generate a label and UPS/FedEx/DHL charges me the shipper for the shipping and a tracking number is on the label... If you type that tracking number in it will just say that it exists but has not been picked up by UPS/FedEx/DHL yet... When they come and pick up the helmet they scan the label and at that point it when you type the tracking number in it will now show that it has been picked up and from where it was picked up as well as the time...Comment -
Got home today so see a Fedex sticker on my door to my apartment saying they missed me today and I can pick up the envelope tonight. I imagine it must be my check from 5/31 I requested and sent out with the 7/10 batch. Does anyone know if they are taking out the $40 withdrawl fee, even though i requested mine back when it was still free?Comment -

Well I finally received my 5/28 withdrawal today. It was sent out in the 7/10 (7/13) batch. I had contacted CS yesterday to request a tracking number which they said they did not have yet. So for those of you who are anxious about not receiving a tracking number, don't be too concerned. The check might actually be in the mail.Comment -

Not trying to piss everyone off here, I made the ********** before I got any checks from sportsbook.com and as soon as I recieve all my funds I will tell my bank the dispute has been resolved. I am not trying to keep the $$$ and my checks, actually I was going to eat 2K in winnings because I just wanted my original credit card charges back because it seemed like nobody would get paid ever. Now it seems like people are getting paid albeit through DHL and FEDEX (open envelopes with name, personal info, and check amount showing!!) I don't know why people would get pissed about me making a legit **********, which was now done 2 weeks ago, and customer service still tells me my withdrawels are pending, so, I will post when (and if) I get any more checks, and if the ones I do have clear.Comment -
I've been told my withdrawal went out on 7/10 also. First it went DHL and now it has jumped ship to Fed-Ex "Allegedly". If I ever get my coin I'm putting it into WSEX as I have recieved a check from them recently and it cleared my bank with no issues.Comment -

If you wanna play poker with a credit card just use epassporte... who cares about the fee. If you make money then the fee doesn't really matter. You can also go to Walgreens and buy a **** debit card but there is also a fee for that...nothing in this world is free.Comment
