Yes - I did get an email on May 1st saying the checks were sent. The checks were dated May 2nd & 3rd..

I've been requesting withdrawals since march 26th. In ttoal i'm waiting on about 55k. I just got an email that a check for 5400 which i requested on March 26th finally went out. They are hoping that the rest of my money is sent this week. But Iw as told the same thing last week, as well as the week before.

WHat's crazy is that they know they can process small amount, but have reall dificulty processing large amounts. But rather than brreak up my withdrawals into small amounts, and at least start sending out some of it, they consolidated all of my funds and are waiting indefinitely until they can send it all at once. I even tried cancelking my last request and break it up myself into withddrawls for under 2500, and they still consolidated it.

They seemingly have zero interest in accomodating large players

I just wanted to update everyone. I got my second withdraw today. It was for $816. (It came via DHL) I requested it on 4/9...sent them a threatening email on 4/30...got a cash out email on 5/2...and the check today 5/7. (The check was dated 05/02) That’s all the money they owe me, good luck to all!

Withdrawal for 13K+ was processed on March 21. This was day 10 on the "trace" and still no news. They have no clue. All I keep getting from CS is please be patient. I get more pissed each day. The managers are the biggest liars of all of them. I think we'll get paid but they should have already re-submitted our withdrawals. It's THEIR problem that they lost wires but they're making the customers suffer. It's BS. Once I get this money I am done with sportsbook.

Sportsbook has too many players to close shop. Like I said, too much US currency to be made to close shop. They're probably one of the most $$$$ books out there!

dang, had no idea of the withdrawal issues. i originally had a $3,900 withdraw via bank wire. Then reading comments on here switched to 2 smaller amounts via dhl. Is this still the best way to go??

I just called and got the same b/s story on the lost batch of wires. I asked them if the SBR post that the lost batch of payouts had been found and resent and we can expect our payouts no sooner than May 8th........C/S said "who is SBR???.....sportsbook still has no answer on the March 21 payouts......still waiting......no answer......no money.....sorry"

Sportsbook won't even let me close my account until I get these lost payouts........they are setting a new satndard in the gaming business.

I WILL NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS ANOTHER DIME........they said after I get my money they will put a nice bonus in my account.......no rollover.......I'll withdrawl that money.....wait 6 months to get it.......THEN finally close out and been done with these idiots.

Punks, when you got your email did it specifically state that you'll be getting it via DHL? I requested my via express, however I got an email on May 3rd stating that it'll be sent via regular postage. Let me know.

My update is that they haven't processed any of my withdrawals. My attempt to cancel the last withdrawal request I made and start requesting $2400 a day failed. Unless i cancel all of my requests and then start requesting $2400 every other day, they will keep lumping all of my withdrawals together.

It's clear to me that they are only interested right now in keeping the smaller players, and they don't really care about the larger players. They have no real means to pay.

They only have one means of depositing, and that is by credit card. With each ********** they get, thye move one step closer to losing their cc processors. If and when that happens, it's a coin toss as to whether they will stay in business.

I had 2 cashouts on April 25 1 was for 2000 and the other was 4000 I just received an email saying that my 2000 was processed and sent dhl today. I am still waiting for confirmation on the other

if you request express it doesnt matter if the amount is over 2500. Over 2500 are being sent regular mail and under 2500 are being sent dhl.

The OSGA just got back to me, and said SB is financially sound. One of my 4 withdraws was sent May 1, and the other 3 are supposed to be sent this week to the processor (all 4 above $5500). Jim (OSGA) assured me his contact at SB is viable, and has not lied to him as of yet. Hopefully good news for all!

Ah well.....

So I filed a complaint with osga.com last week concerning the March 21st payouts against sportsbook.com. Here is the response I got today:

Hello *****,

Sportsbook.com got back to us this morning with an answer as to the
whereabouts of your payouts.

From the Payout Manager at Sportsbook:

"His withdrawal was sent on May 21st and we have requested a trace for
this
one on May 5th. Apparently our processor had a problem this day (March
21st)
as most of the withdrawals sent this date are on trace."

I am 100% confident that Sportsbook.com is telling us the truth
regarding
your payouts. Obviously, based on what we were given above, your payout
may
not have been processed. You should receive an email this week letting
you
know that the payout has been processed. From then, it takes about two
more
weeks. The Payout Manager also told us that he would get back to us
with any
of the requests that had been processed on this day.

We are glad to have been of assistance with this claim and will touch
base
with you if we get any additional word from Sportsbook.com.

OSGA tend to be pretty useless. Betonsports was also financially sound until they shut down and stiffed everyone.

The main issues are 1) do they have the money - most likley yes. 2) Do they have the means to send the money - yes but very slowly 3) are things improving - only for players who tend to withdraw small amounts 4) if the situation gets worse will the owners consider shutting down andstiffing everyone - definitely yes

WHat is scary is that these guys can lose thier processors any day, and then suddenly we are all waiting another month or more for SB to find a new processor then we are waiting another month for them to send the money.

March 21st payout

I had a few beers in me last night and went on the sportsbook chat to.....you know.....chat. I told them I was finished being lied to....60 days was too much.....told them to close my account and I would be doing a ********** for what they owe me($6000).........here's the email I received form them today:

We have taken your correspondence seriously and, as you requested, we have inactivated account number XXXXXXXX. This account will remain permanently closed.Unless you provide us a letter from the bank stating there have been no charge backs filed against us.

We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.

@4 hours should be enough, but if you were to submit 5 requests in a single week, I could easily see them lumping them all together. I think some of the factors might include whihc book you are playing at and whether they consider you a good customer. But these are all just guesses
