For the record, I too am one of the unlucky one's who hasnt gotten paid. Spent the night doing research...amazing how hard it is to find info on a private company! I simply want to find out "who" the management team (or person) is...cant find anything on the net!

Anyways...my request for a measly $400 was sent March 19th. I have a few friends that are trying to get money as well, ranging from 1,000 to $20K. Received email that the money was sent on March 22nd. Of course, I still havent received anything. I have called about once a week since the beginning of April, sometimes twice a week. Same stupid answers all of you guys are getting. I even asked for the name/number of the processor...the person didnt know. answer: "that comes out of Europe".

I am encouraged that some people are actually posting/getting paid. However, my biggest fear is that the company will just shut the doors.

Here is what I see:

Jazette buys the sportsbook.com name/book or business for $1.00. Company also assumes 13 million in debt as part of said purchase. Company agrees to only take bets from US customers, and customers in South/Latin America (they are not allowed to take bets from Canada and European bettors as part of the sales agreement).
George W signs bill, and many American bettors get scared and stop depositing money. Monthly payment on said 13 million comes around, and around, and around. Sportsbook.Com starts to realize...."oh crap, we dont have enough deposits and/or action to pay off the monthly note!

Cash flow problem here we come....

With a initial investment of only $1.00, what is the incentive to Jazette to continue to try to fund Sportsbook.com? The 13 million debt? Doubtful.
Really, their customers are a dying breed as long as the US govt. continues to have a stronghold on money transfers. Without the ability to take bets from anybody else outside of the US...they are screwed! (

I dont count on bettors from Mexico or Nicaragua to be a consistent source of income, do you?)

After all of this madness, and being a part of the 3/21 black hole payouts that got lost from sportsbook.com, I am starting to wonder if maybe the U.S. government may be on to something here. If the legislation DOES get overturned and amended, maybe I would rather pay the taxes on my winnings like I do at the track and casinos as opposed to leaving the option open of it never showing up like we have here. Otherwise, the government can kiss my arse. But think about it. If we did pay a commission on our cashouts, and it was taxed like our groceries and every freaking else is here is, wouldn't you guys feel more comfortable if the customer service reps we were talking to were from America? After being annoyed for soooo long on this thread, I would like to challenge Apaulius to a boxing match. Or Ultimate Fighting event, whichever he may choose. You've got a long wait ahead of you. I had a large wire processed on march 19th and i recieved it around April 4th. I requested a wire on March 29th, and it still hasn't been processsed. Looks like only checks for under $2500 are being processed in a timely fashion (about 3 weeks from time of request until you recieve it)

All other requests are very haphazard.

I'm part of the mysterious 3-19 - 3-21 wires and I just spoke to VIP. They did a trace on my funds and they haven't heard back from the processor. Like I've stated before, I haven't charged back yet, but I'm sending in my form today. I have everything ready to do so, I just haven't finalized the process. I've been more then patient with these people and I want to collect at least a portion of my funds. I'll keep you updated on how the process goes. Has anyone done it yet? I'm just curious.

These guys are clueless. I am waiting on 3 small checks. The last check was going to be a bank wire. I switched it back to a bank check after they wanted my banking info. Everytime I talk to "live chat" now. The 1st thing they say is we need your banking info to process your withdrawal. And I have to tell them, "look, for the 3rd, 4th and 5th time!!!".. We switched it back to a bank check!!! I really am giving up on ever seeing these small checks. They are hopeless...I have learned my lesson though. Always, always check into a book before sending funds.....

Don't go jumping for joy just yet. I had a check for $5400 that they said was processed on April 10th. Now the are saying the check processor is backlogged and it would go out by the end of this week. So unless the processor is now working triple time, your check might not actually be mailed out for another 3 weeks. But it definitely beats being stuck in the queue

Nope still waiting on my wire. Yesterday one of their CS reps broke it down for me. He told me that he has no update and they have no way of verifying the wires and that he has no idea of what is going on.
