I requested $5400 on march 26th by regular mail from germany. First I was told it was processed on April 10th. Then I was told the processor had a backlog and would send it out betweeen the 23rd - 28th. No idea if it was ever sent out or not.
I requested 2 wires on march 29th. neither has been processed
I requested 2 more checks from germany for 6k each on april 1st. neither of them have been processed
I requested another wire for 9800 on the 17th - not yest processed
I requested another check from germany on the 18th for 4k. Not yet processed
I requested a dhl for 2k on the 18th, that was processed (supposedly) on the 26th. Still waiting for it
Lastly I requested a check for 2800 on the 24th, don't know if it will be dhl or form germany. Not yet processed.
There are a number of possibilities of whats going on.
1) legitamate processor problems
2) Thye are simply totally disorganized and overwhelmed
3) Each of their books has a seperate queue. And because of the limitations imposed by their processors, they are only willing to process a limited number from any one book. For instance they might say we'll send out 100k a day from sportsbook.com, but only send out 20k a day for Allpro.com So depending on whihc book you hvae your funds in, you might find the queue moving faster or slower.
4) Management is going through the accounts labeling some players as desirable and others as undesirable. Undesirable acocunt are getting paid last.
5) Books profitability is plummeting and the owners are trying to decide whether to continue paying or wehther to shut down.

We're stuck in the queue, we know the reality. I'd be a lot more at ease if we could get some real answers. But in todays environment as we've seen from cascade, at any moment the finacial backers could walk away, and the book would collapse.Comment -
I for one had not been too worried until recently. If these former SB employees who are posting having any credibility, it is very worrisome if they truly are unable to even pay employees and are firing others. That makes me thing they really are in financial crisis, and that I may never get my funds. I am still fairly confident I will get them, but part of me really worries.Comment -

TRUE THAT! I've requested regular mail in the past and received it 30 days later. For FedEX and DHL, it was usually 4-7 days. I don't know what it is now since it is all in the hands of the new processors. Check Inc. use to process it rather quickly. Anyway, hope this helps. I think if they were trully in trouble they wouldn't keep advertising on ESPN, VEGAS INSIDER, USA TODAY, and on some AM radio stations. Like I said, let's wait 2-3 weeks and see since they've been telling all of us that by the end of this week, or by mid May that the processor should have everything figured out.Comment -
Sportsbook.com mgt. says they currently have 4 processors. 2 for wires and 2 for checks. One wire and check processor is for requests above $2500 and another set is for those below. The $2500 or less payouts are said to be going out much quicker than those above. If you have $3000 or even $5000 you might want to try two separate transfers. If both are done at once, they will be combined and go to the slower processor.Comment -
I have been reading this thread since March 25th when my first withdrawal request was redeposited into Sportsbook.com with the 5% bonus. I re-requested a withdrawal for less than $2,000 on April 7th, another withdrawal for less than $2,000 on April 14th, and a bank wire for less than $10,000 on April 17th.
While I have still not received an email telling me that my withdrawals have been processed, I received the first check in the mail via DHL today. I am still waiting on the 2nd check and the bank wire.
I have my fingers crossed on the rest getting here...and I will post anything if my check bounces.Comment -
FWIW. Withdrew $1005 from sportsbook on April 6th. Recieved check today April 30 via DHL. Debating whether to make a deposit as sportsbook poker is easy money, but don't want to sweat the withdrawals.Comment -

I've been waiting to post this forever, but I got my check today in the mail! Like other people said, just a plain white envelope from a P.O. Box in Buffalo. Check is from a german outfit.
Here are the relevant details for those still waiting on their checks that are over the DHL amount ($2K or $2.5K)
-Originally requested on Feb. 20th
-Put back into my account in March with a 5% bonus
-Requested as check withdrawal on March 26th
-Received e-mail that check was processed on Apr. 2nd
-Received e-mail that check was mailed on Apr. 4th
-Received another e-mail after calling CS that check was actually mailed on April 24th due to processor backlog.
-Check was printed on April 26th and postmarked on the 26th
-Received check today - Apr. 30th

Exactly,they combined my 2 large amounts and they were processed in Germany and I received my check this past Saturday as stated in earlier pages.I dont know if those couple of people on here really worked for Sportsbook.com are just came on to start trouble.As far as them staying open,who knows,I probably wont use them until this ca-ca straightens out at the very least.They only owe me about 500.00 and was processed recently and should be receiving it soon by DHL.I'm glad i didnt request any bank-wires though.Spanks.Comment -
Quick update asked for two withdrawals. One for 1000 on April 10th and one for 1775 on April24th received e-mail last wednesday that the first check was sent regular mail although I requested express. Personally I have dealt with this site and started with playersonly.com back in 1997 and never had a problem with payouts, the situation now seems to be different today. I've used intertops, sportbet, wsex and legendz and I find the sportsbook interface very easy to navigate. Being a compulsive closet gambler the ability to place a bet in a matter of secs is important--but getting paid on the rare moments I do get lucky seems even more important. That said I think I'm 2/5 to see a check in the next 72 hrs. I'll keep everyone posted.Comment -

Hey guys I have been waiting so so so patiently for my money from these books ever since the begining of FEB.
I got an email on the 19th saying a wire is sent out for one
of my withdrawals for 8k and yes you guess it amazingly it
appeared in my account 25 less amount still pending. I thought that I would never see this money again but its good to get something after 3 months. I still have four withdrawals pending for 4k, 9k, 14k and 6k. I haven't gotten any emails sent by them for these yet. They are still processing. By the way it was BofA.

This is my first time posting, but i have been following this thread for a few weeks. I have about 25k in queue in the form of a wire. Until now I have not been too worried about receiving my funds. However, sportsbookcom is correct. I just spoke to someone at Sportsbook.com, and the live chat will no longer be available after 9pm starting tonight. WTF is going on. ARe they really in financial trouble? Really starting to get worried as I (like everyone else) have been counting on receiving these funds.

Here's my update. First they said they processed a $5400 check for me on April 10th. I requested it around the 28th. Then they updated me and said the processor was backlogged and it would be sent between the 23rd- 28th. Now they are saying it should go out sometime this week.
SO basically what they are saying is that they themselves now have a 4 1/2 week backlog. Thier processors also have a 3 week backlog. And once the funds are sent, you have to wait another 2-3 weeks. So all in all it's now a 9-10 week wait.
Don't worry guys, they still feel confident that the backlog is shifting and processing times are improvingComment -

My request before was for 40k was received immedaitely but then I requested another for 21k and that one was stuck eversince from late January till. They use to pay really quick but after this problem they have been screwed up. my thinking is that if they were to close shop they wouldn't even pay me this 8k. yeah. Bill mentioned it was 2500. To be safe though, everything I have seen & heard of that came by way of DHL was 2k or under.
The processor handling those withdrawals actually seems to have their act together
Another thing, on all my checks, i have not been charged a fee for DHL delivery. I think it's safe to say that they are not charging their customersfor the delivery(which should be the case anyway). But, I think this shows a sign of faith....If they were gonna go under, why wouldn't they be charging delivery fees for many DHL deliveries within a months time. EveryoneI have been in contact with that has received DHL has not been charged delivery fee, even if they had mutltiple checks sent....

I have been watching this thread since late march. Small time player. I requested a cash out $800 on Mar 23. They gave me a million different stories when I pestered them twice a week. They finally kept the same story the last week or so that my wire was processed on April 17, and to wait up to 15 bus days. I finally got my wire about noon today. Shows as pending, but it is there. I'm taking the summer off, but will make sure to research my sportsbook carefully when I buy in again for football season. Good luck to the rest of you.Comment -
