Joey, I don't work for any book let alone Sportsbook.com. I will agree SB is NOW a piece of shit book, but weren't too bad before the legislation kicked in. I am as pissed an anyone but do believe I will eventually get paid. If payment does not come soon, I will react by not using SB ever again. Sayne is correct. SB's problems erupted when our Congress screwed us over. End of subject.

Jazette Enterprises Limited UPDATE
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Not sure who has heard or if anyone has but as of May 1st 2007 Jazette sites will no longer offer live chat or email support between the hours of 9PM EST and 4am EST.
All your going to get is a Costa Rican who can barley speak English on the phone during these hours.
I know this as im one of the employees being let go after being for only a few horrible months.
For those that dont know Jazette are sportsbook.com, playersonly.com superbook.com etc etc

#3330Joey12345, your are just an idiot with a big mouth!
"And the reason sportsbook.com won't post on their website is because most people lose and don't know about the payout issues" ?? Now how stupid is that statement?
Can explain your stupid response? So every one who bets with Sportsbook.com loses and don't know about payout issue's? You really are an idiot!
So what are you bitching about then? If no one here knows about payout issue's then there is a bunch of liars who post here and never really had payout issue's?
Listen if your not smart enough to figure this out for yourself, then shut the **** up! Your comments benefit nobody. Out of 95 pages of post's here , there is not one who has been stiiffed by sportsbook.com. Payments maybe slow, but they have been paid!
Again the reason payouts are slow is because of the US Congress, and idiots like you who post comments that are just not true. Please, pull your head out of your ass and post something that has meaning.

#3331Heres what i got today
Please wait for a site operator to respond. Your chat should be answered within 30 seconds. Thank you for your patience.
Hello, my name is Selina Kyle. How may I help you today?
You: Why is customer service telling on the phone ealier that my with drawl made in febuary and then sent on 3/21 and then told not sent till 4/4 has now not been sent at all and dont know when it might be
You: Do you have this same info?
Selina Kyle: Please bear with me while I look up your account details.....
Selina Kyle: We sent your funds to our payment processor on the date that we originally stated. However, the payment processor was experiencing their own delays in sending the funds to your bank account, but they are now beginning to improve the speed that the wires are going out. Here are the updated bank wire timeframes we received from our processors:
If your bank wire was processed by us on 21/22 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 25 April
If your bank wire was processed by us on 23 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 1 May
If your bank wire was processed by us on 27 March, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 4 May
If your bank wire was processed by us from March 28 thru' April 3, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 11 May
If your bank wire was processed by us on April 17 thru' 19, you can expect it in your bank account by latest 18 May
As you can see, the backlog of withdrawals is now shifting, and processing times are dropping. Every day we hear more reports from customers who have received their money. We ask you to remain patient just a little longer as we work through this backlog. This has been a difficult time for all concerned, but your money is safe. We do sincerely thank you for your continued support. These delays are most definitely a temporary concern, and we intend to return to a normal payout schedule shortly.Comment -

#3332If you sportsbook.com reps would shut up and read the posts on here you will see how NOT to run a business. Hey alex@sportsbook.com, er sorry I mean Sayner...when you say you have no idea how other companies are paying quick, you show how ignorant your whole post is. They are paying quick because they care about their business and haven't gone fraud on people. And the reason sportsbook.com won't post on their website is because most people lose and don't know about the payout issues so sportsbook.com is the immediate benefactor on instant deposits. Post a note and people will properly bolt. And don't give me that 'It changes day to day" spin either. READ THE POSTS. Two people talk to ahole Jones at Sportsbook and both hear that their wires went out. 1 (1st time poster) says he got his and the other (100+ time poster) says he didn't. The greek, carib, bookmaker, mansion - who all pay timely by the way- are the benefactors from you spinmeisters. And I know enough about chargebacks that they are affecting your front line phone card phonies who now get hit back for the whole tab including the cut they gave to sportsbook.com
It is no suprise sportsbook doesn't post on there site about the withdraw delay, they would lose a lot of business, and might cause them to collapse. I'm perfectly fine with this as long as it improves my chances of getting paid before they go under. If you were smart you'd see this as well.
The new antigaming laws did largely cause this whole situation, and you should realize it will likely get worse and worse with all books, so those books that your touting now as paying fast, wait til they all start losing there processors in the future and are in the same situation sportsbook is in. The new laws haven't really gone into effect yet, just wait til they do.Comment -

#3334Bodog is having the same problems.
Y'all I've been waiting for a measley $400 from SB now since Feb. In addition, I've been waiting for $137 from bodog since March, both BD and SB say the exact same thing.

#3336Guys,
I think some of you are confusing two seprate issues. We can't blame SB over the fact taht they lost thier processors. It's understandable that it it took a little time to get some new processors in place.
What is unexcusable is the fact that they are in total disaaray and give out false information and sometimes just blatantly lie to their customers. How do they not know what happened to the wires that were sent on the 21st. If they were resent on the 4th, hos it once again no one has recieved thier funds and SB has no idea where the money is, nor is thier any indication they really care.
WHy aren't payouts being doen in the order they were recieved. If the backlog is shifting, why can't anyone give us an estimate as to when our funds will be sent. How is it I get an email on monday telling me that my withdrawals will be processed this week. Then i get an email on Tuesday saying my withdrawals are currently being processed, then I get an meail on Wednesday saying they will be processed with 48 hours, then I'm told on live chat on Friday I need to wait another 2 weeks.
You can blame the US government for getting rid of all the good processors, but no one is putting a gun to Jazettes head ordering them to lie to us. I can deal very well with slow pay. I don't deal well with being lied to. I don't deal well with people who treat me like an idiot. And it bothers me to no end that people who withdrew after me have already recieved thier fund and I'm still stuck in a queue. And no one is willing to offer an adequate explanation. I'm waiting on 56k and I can't get anyone above a cs supervisor to talk to me.
This situation has a lot more to do with lousy CS than it does with slow pays.Comment -

#3337marc, I'm waiting on nearly that much. I truly believe the people that are owed the most will get paid slower. Not sure why that is but appears to be coming to fruition. As long as I get paid all my funds by June 1, 2007, I'll be fairly happy. It's just the fact that I'm not 100% sure I will get it all is what gets on my nerves. As a few people have mentioned, we shouldn't have allowed SB to accumulate this much of our money. This I'll take the blame for. Should have gotten some out when we heard about the legislation passing.Comment -

#3338Well they owe me money too. They paid me once before and I stopped using them because they didn't offer very good customer service. I went back because of the boxing parlays they offer and now I'm in the same position as everyone else.
Also, I won a parlay around 4 hours ago - nothing credited to my account. When I asked the Live Chat person why the funds had not been credited yet, his exact words were, "Nobody is working now so it's going to be another 12 hours or so before you'll see the funds."
Maybe so but I have my doubts and it should be relatively hasslefree to wager online...I'll be changing to another book as soon as I get this squared away.Comment -

As of right now i consider myself to have been stiffed. I waited 40 days for a withdrawal and then what do you know. Sportsbook.com claims my wire has been rejected and to call my bank. I then proceeded to call my bank and was informed that NO ONE EVER ATTEMPTED TO SEND A MONEY WIRE TO MY ACCOUNT, EVER! How do you explain that smart guy. They just deposit it back into my account like nothing happened, like i just didn't waste 40 days of my F*cking life. Oh and then what do you know, i have to withdrawal it again and get thrown at the very end of the F*cking list of withdrawals to be processed.
AFTER WHAT AMOUNT OF TIME DO YOU GET TO CONSIDER YOURSELF STIFFED BY SPORTSBOOK.COM. 7....8... MONTHS F*CK NO. YES CONGRESS MAY HAVE F*CKED ONLINE BETTING, BUT THESE OFFSHORE BOOKS NO IT. THEY ALSO NO THERE ISN'T SH*T WE CAN DO TO GET OUR MONEY FROM THEM. WE ARE AT THEIR MERCY AND THEY ARE TELLING US LIE AFTER LIE.
WHAT IM SURE JOEY MEANT WAS....... THAT MANY PLAYERS LOSE GAMBLING.. THEN WHAT DO THEY DO, OBVIOUSLY REDEPOSIT. SPORTSBOOK.COM KNOWS THIS, YOU KNOW THIS, I KNOW THIS. WHAT WE DON'T KNOW IS WHAT THE F*CK IS GOING ON WITH OUR WITHDRAWALS. THE REASON SPORTSBOOK.COM WON'T POST ANYTHING ABOUT DELAYS ON THEIR PAGE IS SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY C*CKSUCKERS WHO WANT EVERY DIME THEY CAN GET THEIR HANDS ON. THEY AREN'T GOING TO INFORM ANYONE ABOUT THEIR ONGOING PROBLEMS, THEY JUST WANT MONEY. NOT RESPECT FOR BEING A QUALITY SERVICE, JUST EVERY PENNY THEY CAN GET. PEOPLE WHO AREN'T AWARE OF THEIR SERIOUS PROBLEMS DON'T REALIZE THEY ARE JUST THROWING THEIR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW.
I AM NOW EXPECTING TO WAIT 3-5 MONTHS IN TOTAL FOR A WITHDRAWAL I'M NOT EVEN SURE I WILL EVER RECEIVE. IF YOU THINK THATS RIGHT, THEN YOU MY FRIEND ARE THE IDIOT. THIS IS SPORTSBOOK.COMS' PROBLEM NOT THE US GOVERNMENT. SPORTSBOOK.COM KNOWS THE LAWS, ALL THEY HAD TO DO IS REFUSE TO ACCEPT BETS FROM US CITIZENS. SPORTSBOOK.COM F*CKED UP AND IF THEY DON'T FIX THE PROBLEM SOON THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE VERY BIG PROBLEMS. IF THEY WEREN'T SO GREEDY THEY CAN JUST STOP TAKING U.S BETS, YOU THINK WE WANT TO WAIT MONTHS FOR OUR RIGHTFULLY DESERVED MONEY. THEY KNOW IF THEY STOP ACCEPTING OUR BETS THAT WE WILL HAVE NO PROBLEMS JUST FINDING A BETTER, FASTER, MORE RELIABLE BOOK.
I MYSELF AM A COMPLETE FOOL FOR TRUSTING A FRIENDS RECOMMENDATION TO USE SPORTSBOOK.COM WITHOUT ACTUALLY DOING RESEARCH INTO IT. LATER TO FIND OUT IT WAS F*CKING RATED A D+ BOOK. MY HEART DROPPED INTO MY STOMACH THE FIRST TIME I REALIZED THIS, AFTER ALREADY DEPOSITING/WITHDRAWAL WITH MY 500% PROFITS.Comment -

#3342If sb had sent me an email that that beause of the backlog, to be fair to all thier cusomters they only wanted to process one of my withdrawals at a time. I could live with that. But to say becuase at the end of march I made 4 requests totalling 32k, and then 3 more subsequent requests, that they won't pay me a dime unitl one of thier processors is able to pay me in full in one shot is unacceptable.
The impression I get is that they are using this as an oppurtunity to get rid of cusomters who they feel are undesirable. A guy like me who deposits a lot, then withdrawas to pay my cc bills, and then redeposits, under this environment might not be thier ideal cusomter. So now they are going to punish me by dleaying my payout.
One cs rep I spoke to was honest enogh to say that smaller customers are getting paid faster, and it's possible the reason why the larger payouts are being held up is that there could be some serious complication with one of the wire processors that the withdrawals department isn't telling them.Comment -

I honestly think 95% of payments will eventually roll into our hands and accounts throughout these next few months.
spanks, how do you know it was already sent DHL. I re-requested my withdrawal via express check from DHL. Is there some way I can find out through DHL what's going on with my delivery so I don't have to deal with sportsbooks.com customer service? Has anyone had any luck tracking their withdrawal through DHL. I'm assuming mine won't even be processed for a couple weeks, if ever. But if anyone can PM info about their DHL delivery/tracking so not too much info is posted on the board, that would be awesome. I remember earlier in the thread people talking about tracking their checks, but it could have been on page 40, or 65, or 73 i have no idea. I'm not defending Sportsbook. Have no funds in sportbook.com anymore. I use Bodog and trying to get something set up with BetJamaica as per advice of SBR.
