Jenny.... on of my 2 friends waiting to get paid received his check in the mail for $5500 today. The other one still waiting did a wire transfer like me. The one that got the check submitted the request, I want to say 3/15 and received an email from them on 4/1 that it was processed, then just got the check today.

As I stated earlier in this thread today.I came home and DHL left me an envelope with the 500.00 check which I deposited.I called up the processor and inquired about the other two payouts(6000.00 and 700.00) and was told they were sent out and should receive them in my regular mail.This was all told to me earlier by Sportsbook and it is all true so far.Comment -

Well I got an email on April 4th saying that my check has been mailed (the big German check) and then today, April 13th, I get an email saying that my withdrawal is in the queau. WTF? This better be an error!

Well, same as others, they say that the email was sent in error and that my check was indeed MAILED on the 4th. It actually should be coming in the next couple of days then as people who received emails saying their checks were mailed on 2nd and 3rd have written about receiving them the past few days. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get mine, I'll post if I do.

as much as I would like to believe this it is becoming hard to at this point with the amount of lies I and others have been told this bening the latestt:
Your bank wires were processed by us in the last 10 days of March. This means that we sent those funds to our payment processor on that date. The payment processor was experiencing their own delays in sending the funds to your bank account, but they are now beginning to improve the speed that the wires are going out. Wires which were 'Done' on our end on the 21st of March were sent by the processor to customer's bank accounts on 4th April. Wires done on 23rd March went out on April 10, and wires done on 27 March went out on 11 April.
The timeframe to receive the money in your bank account is 10-15 business days from the date that the wire was sent to your bank account by the processor. We're already getting reports that wires sent on April 4th are hitting accounts, so they're coming in ahead of schedule. We are absolutely confident that if you haven't yet received your bank wire, you will be receiving it within the 10-15 business days.
We do sincerely thank you for your continued support. These delays are most definitely a temporary concern, and we intend to return to a normal payout schedule shortly.

I was told that it was sent in error and I am supposed to get an email from the Withdrawals department to confirm this fact. Didn't get the check in today's mail. Ok so my first cashout for $6000 was processed on the 28th and should be receiving it any day now.
The past 2 days Ive been really on a bad streak at the tables so I just went ahead and withdrew another $2000, $550, and $998....I called them and asked to see when each would be processed, they told me it may take up to 7 days to process and another 15 days to show in your bank....geezus why don't they make it easier on us and just say a month lol...I don't think I will be playing on another online site again unless they speed up the process...Good Luck to everyone else.Comment -
