Actually only on Wednesday - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are not Sportsbook.com processing days.
And only the last week of the month. If the begining of the last week is a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, but the Wednesday is in the next month than that Wednesday is not a valid processing day. Excluding holidays and the first 3 stages of a new moon of course.

US BUSINESS days do not count and I know that sucks but thats what we have to deal with when we gamble with todays laws in the US. If anything take your fustrations out on the people who have caused this in washington so there friends in vegas and atlantic city can make more money.
MF, do you work for this company. It just seems like you always have something to say to everyone. Shut the f_ck up. You don't have to waste your time and tell me that in another country it is actually xx days. Come on

(No offense to Jen or any other females on here) - but dam guys, you sound like a bunch of little girls! I thought it was bad on here in mid-March - the way guys were freaking out everyday and threatening chargebacks. That was understandable at the time because we had been waiting for weeks and NOBODY had been paid. Now many people have been paid and a whole new bunch of you guys are coming on and it's even worse! A bunch of little bitchuz, I tell ya! I was one of those reading this thread from the beginning and requested thousands from SB at the end of February. I received the email from them that my money was being put back in my account with bonus, and we could withraw the next Monday, etc... I was a little freaked out and pondered the possibility of chargebacks myself, but was ecstatic when people finally started getting paid! That let me know SB isn't closing and I'd just have to be patient. Even with at least 20 or 30 members on this site sharing that they've been paid, many are still whining and crying. SB is paying more people every day... that's a good thing! Today was my 10th business day for my wire withdrawal and haven't received anything yet. However, I have no doubt I will receive my money within a week or so. No doubt whatsoever. I'll let you know when it comes. I'm not going to play with SB anymore because of the slow pay and stalling tactics, but at least SB has been paying people everyday for a couple weeks. That's a lot more than most of us thought was possible a month ago. Good luck!

Jazette is tryiing to pay. Their first mistake was not setting up relationships with mutiple processors right away. The second mistake was setting up relationships with unreliable processors who couldn't handle the volume. The third mistake was not staying on top of thier processors and keep track of which withdrawals were getting processed. The fourth and biggest mistake continues to be thier lack of honesty with thier customers.
I made 6 ithdrawals around march 15th taht were sent out on the 19th and 20th, and I recieved all 6 last week
I than made another request on the 28th, whihc was processed on wednesday. I then made 4 other withdrawsl on the 30th, and the 1st. Those have still not been processed. Sp payouts are going out, but as Bill Dozer reported they are going out slower than the withdrawal requests are coing in. So the backlog is growing instead of shrinking. Current wait time now for withdrawals over 2k is 5-7 weeks

I am on the phone with Alonzo and he just told me that I had requested it on March 19th, wire was sent on March 21st to the processor, and then on April 4th is was actually by the processor. He then said it will be another 7-10 business days from that date. This is crazy. Its always another story, always another 7-10 business days. Come on Sportsbook.com, and f_ck you workers that are on here pretending to be clients rather than a worker for this site.

I agree with the ********** maneuvers. The problem that sportsbook.com has even if everything they say and do is legit is who the hell is gonna keep playing if you have to wait almost 2 months to get paid. They will lose many players off of that alone. If you are a regular customer at some point you will request a payout and then boom!

Not ALL people who's wires were sent out on the 23rd have been paid ... They claim to have sent mine on 3/23, but as of 4:09PM EDT, nothing shows up in my online banking ... I'll wait until about Wednesday until I decide to deal with those douches at CS .. Congrats to those who did receive though!

you guys are getting hysterical now... I understand what you guys are feeling, but honestly, I have no doubt that the people who got paid today, did actually get paid.
I believe people are acting like this b/c it's the end of the week. Another weekend, which means 2 more irrelevant days.
Now if they can hurry up and process the w/drawal requests.. things would really pick up

there are still reputable online gambling sites. 5dimes.com is pretty good. even though pinnacle can't take usa customers anymore, they're ranked #1 and have better lines than vegas. go to SBR company sites, avoid companies that have a shitload of websites. try out companies with less than 5 sites with all ratings of at least a B.

Wow-got paid today.....
just woke up, was at B & M for an all-nighter. My wire for 6K less $17 fees is sitting in my Citibank account. Just off the phone with my 2 CC companies that I did CHARGEBACKS with and hopefully my cancellation goes through in time. I've still got a small balance on sportsbook.com and will play but will not make any deposits until withdrawals are paid in a timely fashion.
I'm still mad as hell at EOG and theRX who basically did nothing to help anybody and posted the same BS that the CS people in Costa Rica were communicating.
I still believe that sportsbook.com is defitionally INSOLVENT but they have so much action that they may recover. GL to all of you, I have no recommedations for those not paid. My original request was made on 3/3, money placed back in my account and re-withdrawn on 3/19 and was told wire processed on 3/23.

Hello, my name is Ahmed Jones. How may I help you today?
You: Hi ahmed - we spoke on Wednesday and you were going to put a trace request through for my wire on 3/21. You said I would get an email confirmation within 48 hours. I have not received the confirmation or the wired funds.
Ahmed Jones: Your bank wire withdrawal for $1,000.17 was processed by us in the last 10 days of March. This means that we sent those funds to our payment processor on that date. The payment processor was experiencing their own delays in sending the funds to your bank account, but they are now beginning to improve the speed that the wires are going out. Wires which were 'Done' on our end on the 21st of March were sent by the processor to customer's bank accounts on 4th April. The timeframe to receive the money in your bank account is 10-15 business days from the date that the wire was sent to your bank account by the processor. We're already getting reports that wires sent on April 4th are hitting accounts, so they're coming in ahead of schedule. We are absolutely confident that if you haven't yet received your bank wire, you will be receiving it within the 10-15 business days.
We do sincerely thank you for your continued support. These delays are most definitely a temporary concern, and we intend to return to a normal payout schedule shortly.
You: That doesn't explain the trace I requested that did not come in. Please elaborate on the results of the trace
Ahmed Jones: According to our processor, wires which were 'Done' on our end on the 21st of March were sent by the processor to customer's bank accounts on 4th April. The timeframe to receive the money in your bank account is 10-15 business days from the date that the wire was sent to your bank account by the processor.
You: nice cut and paste jerk
You: This is going on 2 months for me here.
You: I need more than your cut and paste message.
Ahmed Jones: The above explains the situation.
Ahmed Jones: Withdrawals that were sent on the 21st actually went out on the 11th.
You: you just said the 4th - now it is the 11th?
You: Can't even keep your own lies going now.
Ahmed Jones: Sorry. My mistake. I meant the 4th.
As you can see Ahmed is in top form.

Imagine if your job was to work customer service for sportsbook.com right now. You know how many death threats those guys receive every day. Sometimes I like to go on there just to harass these guys. One day I asked the guy if he was getting his paychecks and told me he was still getting paid. That was some reassurance.
This BobKnight guy is pretty funny, he has a similar personality to the Texas Tech Bob Knight.

Stay positive... I'm actually contemplating joining one of the higher rated books like bet365 or 5dimes.. .it's too much trouble to move to Vegas, hell, I live about an hour and a half from Foxwoods and Mohegan and think it's too inconvenient to drive down there. I like having the ability to lose money, I mean gamble, with the click of the mouse. Why move to Vegas when you can bring Vegas to you? i was freaked out until dozens and dozens of people on here got paid, then i knew it was coming, just a matter of waiting... what scared me was emotional bitches like commonsense causing added chaos and possible massive chargebacks that could of ruined it for us. Look up self fulfilling prophecy... that is what scared me.
