I was told the same thing from Eric in VIP. My wire was requested the 19th and processed the 21st. He told me that the processor has said on that day there was an abundance of requests and that they were sent out in different batches. I cannot get a timeframe of a stop and trace so I will hold off on doing that until Monday. I'm sure I'll hear another excuse before then.
