My request from the 23rd - just chatted... again... Same BS - but now it is down to 10 business days. I wonder how many U.S. days that is compared to sportsbook.com days?
SB: I regret to inform you that your withdrawal has not yet been sent. It should be sent by the end of this week or possibly early next week. You should expect your check within ten business days. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you in advance for your patience.
SB: Please be advised that this is a temporary delay as we are changing our processors.

Sportsbook.com delay
WTF....
I have no idea what is going on.
I talked to the guy this morning about my withdrawal on the 23rd. I was told that the latest I would have my check is next Friday. So I kindly asked, well if its not sent out today or tomorrow that how can I have it by then.
All i would like to hear is that one check has gone out through the new processor.
I guess tomorrow (Friday) is going to be the day when we all find out what is really going to happen.

I am in same boat as all of you. I dont think there is anything to worry about. Just be patient. It will take a while, but hoefully not to long. It is a pain, but I have been reassured by the staff here at SBR, and at Vegas Insider, and one or two others, that sportsbook.com is in great financial position, has juts set up new growth initiatives, and has no intention of doing anything other than get us our money as soon as they can. Over the last few weeks, they ahve received 3-5 thousand withdrawal requests everyday. Without the use of any other withdrawal method, you coudl imagine thi swould cause a huge delay. They have switched to a larger check processor, and that mean resending all the withdrawals to the processor again, which is quite a serious task.
I think all will be ok in the end, they have a great reputation for paying their customers, they just have a huge customer base, so a small problem turns into a big problem and big delay very quickly. The problem is just the processing, and not the financial situation, which is important.
The worst part I agree, is their customer service which is very unhelpful and unknowing, which unnerves us all, but I think that is just how they are, and the withdrawals will come, just very slowly.

BTW here is my latest chat with sportsbook.com suppory
Shane Armstrong: We entirely understand your frustration with this situation which has dragged on for far longer than anticipated. We are doing our utmost to send your withdrawal to you as soon as possible. Please bear with us a little longer, and rest assured that you most certainly will get your money. The majority of sportsbooks and casinos serving the US market are under pressure to find new and alternative payment methods since the restrictions placed on financial institutions by the US government. We are in a very good position financially to weather this storm, and it just takes a little time to set with up new processors. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
You: can u shed some time table days weeks months?
Shane Armstrong: Hopefully within the next week or two but we're striving to get that done even sooner

The funny thing is, you'll get the same timeline that they gave a few weeks ago. They said 9-12 days back then and when i called in 9-12 days later, they're still saying 9-12 days!!! This is awesome! (sarcasm). I can't believe they're still accepting plays from players w/out warning when they haven't found a check processor yet. The CSR guaranteed me that they would find a processor. I asked him how he could guarantee it, if it hasn't happened in the last few weeks, how can he guarantee it....is going to personally come and deliver me cash if they dont? he had no answer to that.

Lucky for me I got most of my money on a withdraw few weeks ago. I have a few hundred on there. But I think it really does take time. Im sure there is alot involved in changing processors. But they should just say we are doing what we can but having trouble getting a new 1 instead of keep saying 1 more week 1 more weeks its very missleading

The way I see it ...it looks like they do not have a processor and I imagine without one they can't get checks out so they are putting people off as much as they can until they get a processor.. Once they do get one (especially if they haven't by now) can you imagine how backed up they are going to be..? They are pulling the samething all business pull... They are NOT going to tell you the truth (havn'et got one yet) because in their mind it's worse for business then putting you off and trying to weather the storm.. IT SEEMS their hands are tied and they will just do the best they can... They might have the money but it's not like they are gong to call the family in to come fill in and issue checks... I am irrirtated but not worried about it..
P.S. my pleasure on the time change post guys..

Spoke with chat today, same bs as before, the guy that spoke to me said they expect to "fix their problems" later this week.
I'm thinking of the option of dumping my money to a friend at cakepoker through the poker room, anyone try that yet? Is cakepoker paying out the withdrawals?

Latest news:
Hello, my name is Ahmed Jones. How may I help you today?
You: if I ask a straight forward question can i get a straight forward answer?
Ahmed Jones: Sure.
You: when will yall be getting a new check processor
Ahmed Jones: The check processor has been implemented. The withdrawals will be processed within the week.
You: which company did yall switch 2?
Ahmed Jones: The new processor is SP Services.
Ahmed Jones: The reason for the delay is the backlog. We are also working on a new bankwire withdrawals system that will be posted on site shortly.
when I asked who thier payment processor was, they said GSM. I can deal with the truth. If they would be upfront and say 'we used to use checxx, and they left, then we switched to solid pay, and they dropped us, and now we are tyring to find a new reliable proccessor, and don't know how long that process might take." I'd be upset, but I'd appreciate thier honesty. WHat I can't stand is being lied to. I'm waiting on 35k. I need that money to pay my credit bills. And 99% of my credit card bills, are deposits I made to these guys. So they are poutting me in a very abd situation. Truth be told, If I could charge back all the depoits I made to these guys in the past few months, I'd come out way ahead. So more and more it is becoming very tempting to just do a charge back and never play with these guys again.

just asked a guy on live chat if he had any inofrmation on when withdrawals would go out. He was honest enough to say 'No." suggested I try again tomorrow or Tuesday. It did not sound like checks would be going out this week.

The problem is if you get caught dumping chips, cake poker can confiscate all of your funds

Hi guys new to this site and have the same problem as you all.
But I loged into sportsbook today and saw they have a secound opation know for withdawal which was bank wire. So I talked to one of the live chats and this is what he said...lol
You: hi was wondering since checks are taking so long to be processed if it can be changed to the other opation which is the bank wire
You: I have a 500 withdrawl standing
You: do you understand
Dominic King: Bank wire withdrawal method is still not on offer - this should be offered very soon
You: well when i go to cash out is says it is
You: check or bank wire
Dominic King: This is posted on the site but withdrawals are not processed by this method at this moment. This should be done very very soon
You: ok I see but why would they have it up there if it wasent an opation yet
Dominic King: It is still in the process- and they posted it as an option.
You: ok
When i go to the site and hit Bank Wire, i see Swift Code / BIC...
What is this and is using a bank wire safe??

Get the managers email address.
Tell him the story.
Tell him if you do not have a check in 5 biz days, you will encourage 25-50 friends to charge back their credit cards.
I will take 80% odds you have your check in 5 days.

Swift code is an international bank wire code.
US Banks have ABA numbers since our country likes to be difficult.
Call your bank, tell them you will be getting a wire and need the proper info. They will give it to you.

You: Hi Omar, how are you doing today?
Omar Pearson: Very fine thanks.
You: I had a question about the new Bank Wire option, is this available and what does swift code / bic mean?
You: still there Omar?
Omar Pearson: We will start processing bankwire by the close of the week.
Omar Pearson: You can find all the information on swift code and bic on..
Omar Pearson: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_9362
You: ok, what do you think will be faster, bank wire or check?
Omar Pearson: Once bank wire is started it is definitely faster.
Omar Pearson: Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Omar Pearson: Thanks for chatting! Please contact us again if you have any further questions. Also, if you have a moment, please hit 'close' and then fill out the feedback survey so that we may improve our service.
You: well no, would it be faster to cancel my withdrawals and do a bank wire or to leave them to be sent out as a check?
Omar Pearson: For the moment i would advise you leave it as it is. If we start processing bankwires and it is still pending, then you can cancel and use bankwire.

Things are STARTING to get back to normal... Not yet though... If you are US worring about wires being siezed is another detail but let's hope that is isolated...
