Actually the procedure Tony used is being pulled over at various D- books. A couple of years ago I was naive and let my balance grow to $6,000 from a $1,000 deposit at a D- book. When I asked for a $5,000 cash out I got the runaround excuses day after day. They were hoping I will start blowing it. I stepped on their throat and called them 5-6 times daily until they payed me. It took six weeks to finally get paid but in the meantime I grew my balance to $8,000. Finally the owners decided to pay me off because they realized the more they delayed the payout the more they were bleeding from my sharp action. Sharp players do not get beat by these bookie tactics because they have a game plan when they gamble. Now if I was one of Tony's customers I would have personally flown to NY and beat the hell out of him. I would have gotten my money one way or the other. Especially after I knew him for about a year here at SBR. You don't pull this shit with a hot tempered dude like me who can snap at a moment's notice if cornered.
