Usyk vs Fury betting insights from BetMGM:

“Usyk-Fury rematch will be one of the biggest fights of the year. We are seeing great action on both fighters after the split decision from the first event. The fight going the distance would be a good outcome for the sportsbook and a draw would make for an early Christmas gift for BetMGM.” – Alex Rella, Senior Trader, BetMGM

I'll preface this by saying I'm a terrible Boxing handicapper. So, this is just my opinion:

            1) I think the true Boxing sharps are very good.
...I'm talking about the guys who know the boxer's ring-work.
...How have their workouts been in the leadup to the fight? Does he have any nagging injuries?
...I've seen enough to think that a Boxing-only niche-bettor can profit over time.

            2) With that in mind, I wonder if Fury is more name now.
...He's older. People note how he never looked to be in great shape.

            3) It's a big fight. Logic would expect the betting price to be competitive.
...Usyk -150 looks cheap to me. Surely he wins this > 60% of the time.
...Is the fight on the up-and-up? Always a real question in boxing matches.
Where's the fuckin power box, Carol?

Over 10.5 rounds at -200 looks like the best of the bunch.

Some both tough as nails and picking winner in this match is not easy Usyk is more technical but promoters prefer Fury to win to set trilogy in the future.

I like the over because Fury is clearly showing his age but at the same time he has a great chin, getting up after taking that shot against Joshua (I think it was him) was incredible.

Fury reportedly coming in heavy, 280 lbs. I don't like Fury here. Too old, and too much of an athleticism dis-advantage.

He's also growing a big time beard for the first time, there has to be a reason for that.

In listening to the videos, there's a lot of support for Fury +150. Fury will enter the fight with a Weight edge of ~ 50 lbs.

That’s because when he gets ko’ed no one will recognize him after the fight.

Yup, and Arab countries are paying more money than we will to host these sporting events.

We had to collab with Mex and Canada to host the World Cup while they were able to moved the whole event from summer to winter.
