Riley's status has dropped like a rock. USC players supposedly hit the weights in off-season. But they seem to be struggling against physical opponents.

I said last year in multiple threads they were soft and they are. The entire program, Lincoln Riley, their geography has distractions, it’s also who they recruit, how they recruit, where they recruit, etc… it isn't working. Big Ten is a different beast every week. Not saying it’s the best conference but it is physical. Look what’s happening to Oklahoma in the SEC. Oklahoma will be Nebraska in the SEC. 8-5, 7-6, etc… As for USC, they are a great west coast program that belongs on the west coast. The truth is there hasn’t been a lot of reasons to celebrate for USC in a long time, the 80’s & 90’s were lost decades and outside of a nice run by Carroll funded by boosters- they have sucked most of my life. Oh yeah… Lincoln Riley just a bad hire who enjoyed the fruits of Stoops culture and many of his players.

You could say the same thing for Texas. Clowns were so hyped up based on playing absolutely no one and got worked like a part time job.

Spot on. The media builds these guys up over jack shit. Who the hell did they play? They got abused yesterday and Georgia wasn’t even close to their best.

Getting Georgia +165 was icing on the cake. That offensive line that everyone was jerking off got destroyed. They all went from top picks in the draft to looking like practice squad prospects.
